I wore these shoes 5 times before the rubber pieces on the sole began to rapidly peel off, meaning water soaks up from the bottom. Absolutely pick a different shoe

Shoes are comfortable. I sized down half a size. The colors are not what was to be expected. They need to use better light when providing photos. I am not a fan of the soles which have 2 layers the outer is very thin and looks like it is gunna peel right off the shoe faster than your average pair of running shoes. These are a replacement for another pair of the brands shoes that were not correctly assembled. I am going to update this after I get a chance to log some miles. My initial rating is based off color complaint and the thin bottom layer that seems itll peel right off the shoe.

Love the feel of these but after 10 days of wear (not even all day, and no running-just walking) part of the treads have totally worn off. I currently have a warranty claim in with Salomon so we'll see what happens. I'm a loyal Salomon wearer and have 2 different models of their shoes currently in rotation but something is wrong with these.
