Way too small even though I ordered 1/2 size larger that my usual. Also, the boot was very narrow with a tight toe box.

For a boot of this price, the quality is just not there. The stitching, materials, and insole all appear cheaply produced and put together. If you are looking for a performance snow boot, keep looking. If you are looking for style and effect with a brand name, you found your boot. We returned them.

These boots kill it in the looks department but they fall way short in performance. I returned the NorthFace Chilcats for these and noticed immediately how inferior the Emmet boots were for comfort. Even with inserts added. The bottoms are rough and hard and not forgiving if you end up doing anything longer than plowing the driveway. To make matters worse they aren't that warm. There is a lot of empty space near the tops of the toes and as a result your toes WILL get cold. This is an issue often overlooked which I've seen in even expensive boots. That empty air gets cold and should have been filled with additional padding or insulation. I'm surprised reading the reviews from others and really wanted to love these boots. I wish I could combine the performance and interior comfort of the Chilcats with the Emmet boots.
I'd also recommend:

I purchased these boots in July, specifically because they were advertised as being insulated and rated for -30C. I didn't get to use them until December when winter started, and unfortunately they did not perform as expected. My feet get cold quickly, even in moderate winter conditions, which defeats the purpose of buying boots marketed for extreme cold. When I reached out to customer service, I was told the issue wasn't considered a manufacturing defect and that the warranty wouldn't apply. While I understand policies, the reality is that these boots are not living up to their advertised claims. I'm disappointed because I trusted the brand's reputation and product description. If you're looking for reliable winter boots that truly keep your feet warm in freezing temperatures, I would recommend exploring

I bought this two weeks ago and it's so happens that we had 20 weather here in Dothan Alabama we ended up getting snow for the first time and I don't know how many years when I went outside. It did not keep my feet warm even though I had wool thick socks. This is not well insulated for this type of weather when the temperature went up 28 30 I went outside with it for about 45 minutes and it did not keep my feet warm.

I bought the emmet duck boot 13 months ago and only wear them during winter months (7 months in total now). The seam between the toe cap and vamp has separated and I'm one month beyond the warranty policy, left with nothing but wet socks. This isn't a quality product and it's most certainly not worth the price in regard to reliability.

It used to be that Ugg made quality shoes. I keep going back to them out of loyalty but the last couple of pairs of shoes were uncomfortable garbage.

I wear a 12 in everything but this boot that is supposedly true to size, feels like it was one and half sizes too large so my foot was swimming in it. It didn’t seem very insulated or comfortable so I’m really starting to wonder about reviews. There was a very strong glue or rubber odor from these boots so I had to put them back in the box asap.

Product looks great I have gotten compliments but they are false advertised. I should have returned them when I had the chance. It states that's it's weather graded to negative 30 degrees Celsius how ever my foot will get extremely cold in just normal 30-40 degree weather.

So I got these thinking they would be good but my feel hurt the entire week. I got 11 since no 10.5 maybe the size 10 would have been okay. Also I though the material was a vegan leather type on the top but it's not and unable to wear these also.

These boots are nice and light , but not very good warm and they are not actually waterproof all the water gets in and if you step on the snow then the snow melts and water goes through and makes your feet wet and cold.
