I bought these for a recent trip to Park City. They kept my feet dry and warm despite walking around in snow and hanging out outside most of the day! Warmth was my priority, but they were very comfortable too. I listened to previous reviews and was happy I bought a half size up.

I was really disappointed when I first got these because I had to order a full size larger than usual and had problems with returns but I'm so glad that I got the larger size because I'm in love with these boots!! I'm outside for at least an hour every day, sometimes in -20 weather, and my feet have never been cold! I was replacing my 1964s which were so heavy to walk in and these are so incredibly light and comfortable. I hope they keep making them because I will def buy again!

I bought these back in November in black and love them so much I bought them again in another color. They are like walking on clouds. I'm not sure what everyone is talking about when they say they run small. I am a true 8.5 and they fit perfect in an 8.5.. Also, I have a very wide toe box and extremely high arches/mid-foot so if they were narrow I wouldn't be able to wear them or love them as much as I do! If you have a wide front of foot and high arches and find it hard to find a supportive shoe let alone one that also is stylish, not bulky, weatherproof, and isn't made completely of rubber --this is your boot! Also they keep my feet super toasty which is a plus! (as if I needed another plus)

I've only worn them a few times since it hadn't been snowy here in Massachusetts until today but they are lightweight and oh so warm . I'm going to love wearing them a lot!!!

I love these boots. They are comfortable and stylish. They wear well with joggers and leggings. The material is easy to clean off and I can see me wearing these for years.

I bought these to survive Minnesotan winters - so far they have been great! I wouldn't do a mountain hike in them but the boots are absolutely appropriate for city winters and I got a lot of comments on their looks.

Been wearing these to the ski hill and they are warm and great to get my ski gear from the car to the locker room. Grippy sole, and!, comfortable but size up.

Very comfortable and great for winter walking. My shoe size is 7.5 and a size 8 works well with thicker socks.

I needed a light-weight, water proof boot. The Whitney Short is perfect; once I figured out these boots run a whole size off (I wear an 8.5 but had to order a 9.5). Very comfy and easy to get on and off.

I am considering getting another pair of these bootsin case they ever stop making them, I love them so much. I wanted a tennis shoe like boot for doing fast paced walking in the winter. All my other boots felt clunky and were not good for dog walking. These boots are warm and and perfect for a more vigorous pace. I would probably buy them a 1/2 size larger (like my athletic shoes) next time but my normal size works.

I absolutely love these boots. I work at a plant nursery and walk on rough terrian all day. Great comfort, kept my feet warm and dry all day. Will be purchasing again.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. Originally, I had some doubts because they felt a little stiff at first however a few weeks later I had to take care of some errands which involved standing outside on a line, in the pouring rain for 3 hours. Temp was about 35 degrees which felt colder in the rain. My feet stayed dry the whole time and I realized that my feet weren't tired because they were supported very well. Again, I'm so glad I got these.

I bought this boot for walks out in winter weather. All of the Sorels that I own are size 6.5 and that is what this boot is-fits perfect. The boot is a little snug with thicker socks, but not uncomfortable. The inside of the boot is soft with nice arch support. Laces stay tied when walking. The colors true to the picture. Like any other Sorel footwear, I could walk all day in these!
