I received my boots a few days ago and I really wanted to love them but after trying them on I was disappointed. Super cute but they do run a bit small and also my left boot was tighter than the other so will be returning. size up if possible

Agree to sizing up. I have very narrow feet and skinny ankles and could not get my foot in a size 8, which is what I wear with all other shoe/boot brands.

I am almost always an 8.5 in Sorel and have normal width feet which is what I ordered. I could barely get these on! I'm not sure if sizing up would have helped because I could barely get my foot in and I do not remotely have wide feet. If you are narrow I would give these a shot but otherwise, look for something else by Sorel.

I bought these to try at home and loved the style of them. The problem for me is that I am a size 12 with a high arch so because there was not a zipper or any stretch, my foot couldn't slide in. I tried loosening the buckles but that didn't give enough give either. Unfortunately I had to return them for me but the style and quality we're still really great.

I thought these shoes were so cute when I ordered them. When I received them and went to try them on I couldn't get my foot in past the ankle of the boot. I tried to hard and couldn't get them on! Disappointing.

I purchased my usual size 8 and I could hardly squeeze my feet in - even with no sock. Had to return. I chose not to get another size and went with a different boot. I probably would have needed to go up a whole size. I would say recommend but make sure of your size!

Loved the look of this boot, but as a narrow true size 6.5 in flats, I ordered a 1/2 size up to allow room for thick socks. I could not get these boots on my feet. I even kept them for a few extra days thinking that maybe my feet were swollen, but no, I never even was able to get the boot past the mid part of my foot. I had to return.

I am a true size 6.5 shoe but ordered these in a size 7 to accommodate for a thicker sock. I was unable to even get these boots on my foot. They are great looking boots in person but unfortunately I am forced to return these as they will not even go onto my foot.

Could not put them on. Don’t bother if you have a normal sized width or instep - I loosened buckles, looked for zipper, could not get these boots on. Too bad, very cute. Am ordering the tan in case the softer material is more forgiving
