The top of the boots don't have hooks for the laces so I had to loosen the laces all the way down to get the boots off and on. I think if the top 2 holes were hooks like other boots it wouldn't have been such a problem

A PAIN!!!
I loved the look of these online, but less so in person - they are very bulky and make my skinny ankles appear like a cankles. I understand they look like a traditional hiker boot, and perhaps the bulk-ness is necessary for that purpose, but come on, most people buy these for a stylish cute look - and these just look worse in person. They are also an incredible pain to get on and off - seriously, who has the time to fully lace/unlace these clunkers? And lastly, once I had them on, they not only were very stiff and felt restrictive, like other reviewers noted, but they also hurt the top of my foot (on both feet), the seam on the top part of the boot dug into the top of my foot. For sizing, I also noted that they are very narrow (but I imagine they would stretch a bit with time) but they were not small on me - I ordered my usual size 8. For a similar look but much more comfort out of the box, I'm keeping the Ainsley Conquest.

Not the usual Sorel quality I've come to expect. Cute style but the sole isn't comfortable like my four other pairs of Sorel boots.

Not as comfortable as other sorrel shoes. The boots are super cute company on the bottom of your feet however from the top on it feels like a very cheap shoe

I wasn't even sure I was going to keep the boots. I was very disappointed in the fit. I ordered half size up as usual. They are so stiff not much arch support. I have 6 pair and love all the others. I would not recommend these.

Very disappointing - they do not run true to size and I needed to return them. Could not exchange for a larger size since I wear a size 12.

Fit small and right. Super disappointed. And they won't price match and exchange.

the beige ones are not at all the color they look like online, they're more pink looking, brand new and they came with creases

I ordered a half size up as recommended for wide feet or if you have bunions - I have a slight bunion on one foot - so I ordered a size 7 instead of my usual 6.5. The shoes are attractive - the grey leather is lightly distressed and looks great. what is wonderful about the style is that they do not make your feet look big or clunky, which is not the norm for a hiker boot. And they appear well made. The problem was that I had trouble getting them on even after undoing the laces. I have a high arch and that may have been the issue. Unfortunately once I got them on, they just hurt. They rubbed my toes in certain places even though there seemed to be lots of room in the boot. Also the heel slipped when I walked. The leather is very stiff and will require breaking in. I know I do not have the patience to do this - because they hurt my feet. I need a softer, more forgiving leather shoe. Generally if shoes hurt as soon as you put them on, they are always going to hurt. I am returning them.
