Style, as always with Sorel, is quite fun and funky. I have several pairs of Sorels in various styles from over the years, and every one of them has been a winner for me. The fit on this boot, however, is way off. I have a pretty average foot, size 6. Seeing all the reviewers' advice to size up due to a narrow fit, I went ahead and ordered a 6.5. Straight out of the box, even the 6.5 size boot fit too narrow at the widest part of my foot - certainly tight enough to worry about blisters, if not just generally exhausting to walk in. Perhaps it would stretch with wear, but for the price, I was not willing to take that bet. Back they go.

Not the easiest boot to get on and off

Ordered my usual size and couldn't get my foot into the shoe. Also ordered one size up - and although I could get my foot in - the boot was very narrow. Sending both pairs back. Bummer. Beautiful boot.

Loved the shoes, but the sole of one shoe was glued on wrong and was about 1/2 inch off, bunching up in the back of the shoe. Not what I'd expect paying almost $200. But I like the shoe. I'll buy again, but sadly Zappos no longer had my size so I had to go somewhere else.

Leather was stiff and didn’t “give” when walking, so couldn’t keep them. Loved the look. Was so disappointed!

Great boots but my normal size 10 did not fit, suggest a half a size up with this boot. When i went back to exchange the price was $50 higher so I have to return and can not purchase another pair.

These boots were just what I wanted in terms of style, but they were too heavy for walking. I wanted a waterproof boot I could walk in now that my sneakers leave my feet cold. I have a narrow foot, and I find Sorel to run a little narrower than similar brands, so I was hopeful. Width-wise they were good, but the lacing helped on that score. Just not supportive enough. I was sorry to return them, but just not quite right.

Theses are so stiff and don't look like that will change with wear. Very uncomfortable for that reason.

Great boots, but they started falling apart after two months of wear. I’m happy to pay for nice boots, but expected a little more longevity from these before having to pay for a repair.

Ouch! Very good looking boots but these had to go back. Not comfortable at all; gave me horrible heel blisters despite sizing up 1/2 size. A full size would have been too loose. Not sure if the fit is different depending on color. I ordered the black. It was overall very stiff.

Love the style and color. Right boot felt bigger than the left in the top of the foot area. Made a noise when walking due to the gap in the top of the foot area. Wore them inside the house for a while to help me decide whether to keep them or not. The inside part of top of the boot that comes up above the ankle rubbed against my legs to the point where they scratched both legs on the inside and outside. I suppose if you wore high socks or tucked the pant leg in, maybe it wouldn't scratch. It is a shame that such an expensive boot could not have a better inside material to prevent this from happening.

These are great looking boots, but I wasn’t able to put my foot inside of it. I followed recommendations to size up, but still too small. Am usually a 7 1/2-8, but somewhat wide foot. No luck getting them on unless I completely unlaced and tried to shive my foot in. Had to return as I prefer boots that I don’t have to break a sweat just to put on.

So tiny. I wear an 8 1/2 in almost everything. I got these in a 9 due to reviews. I have a pretty wide foot so these being narrow was no surprise, however they were narrow to the EXTREME and just REALLY small all the way around. I feel like these are not correctly sized. Stinks because they are super cute!

I always wear a 9 in boots and I would have needed a 9.5 in this boot.
