Paid for expedited shipping that said theyd get here the week before Christmas. It is now 5 days past and I still have not received the boots. Funny enough, they sent me an email to leave a review when I still dont have them. The customer service has been extremely unhelpful and has not been able to do anything.

Sorel makes the best boots. I do not buy anything other than sorel. Thank you sorel for making the best waterproof comfy boot. Been a fan for years

Idk if this will get put up but let me tell yall this the biggest waste of money ever! The leather creased in one wear! Im a sneaker head I got sneakers from 2005 still in perfect condition so its not me. Short time later the leather just cracked and came off. All that money and these quickly turned into take my dog out to go potty shoes. And cant even keep them for that anymore bc now theyre rubbing my heels. Wont buy this brand again.

Super cute boots but very uncomfortable for walking. Returned because needed for a lot of walking. If just looking for cute boot perfect but not functional for long distance walking or work.

I bought these boots last winter via Evereve and think they are fantastic for everything but really cold weather. They just do not keep the toes warm at all, especially not for MN winters. I will add that Ive worn Sorel boots for years and years-Joan of Arctic and the Whitney being my previous go to boots (the Whitney are incredibly warm!)
Aside from the lack of warmth, the boots are waterproof, comfortable, and look stylish enough for a winter boot. Ive received several compliments on them.

Toe material is defective and flakes off (before theyve even been worn). Warranty process takes 4-6 weeks so now Ive spent money and wont have boots for my upcoming trip, even thought based on other reviews, this appears to be a known issue. Hard to trust the brand quality when Im looking to buy another pair last minute.

These boots were really stiff and rubbed on all sides. They are cute, but that is about all. I was looking for a boot for the snow. I felt they were too expensive at the time, but I really liked the style online. They arrived quickly, before I anticipated which was great and in time for the trip...however when I tried them on, there was no way that I could go out in them as they were very uncomfortable, stiff, rubbed the back of my heel and felt small, like a 1/2 size. I found a pair of snow boots for a fraction of the cost which worked great for the trip and sent these back, although I liked the style of these best.

I like the shape of the boot and it is nice looking although the laces are ugly and not functional. The boot is too loose, and i just went out in a a tiny bit of snow and the ankle is so loose i got snow in my boots.
