Nice jacket overall! Price is reasonable, too. I believe it's the style but it does feel a smidge too short on the belt line. Again, I think it's the style. Still 5/5.

Got it as a present. He loved it! and for $20 more you can get one with a hoodie to it. It is light yet semi-warm for a spring PNW type weather.

I got this jacket for my fiancé and he likes the feel of the jacket. It is great for cold and windy weather. He did say that the shoulders were super rigid and big but he’s between sizes and decided to size up.

I'm eyeing this jacket for such a long time. I purchased this last year when they giving us a healthcare worker discount. I just started using it around late November. I can say perfect for fall and spring weather. It's really warm. It can also be worn during winter as mid layer of the other coat or north face shell as it has a capability to become a part of 3 in 1 jacket. I guess between thermoball and this one, I feel much warm in this jacket. Although a little bit heavy than thermoball. But it does a good job for delivering and staying me warm all throughout this season.

Loved the jacket! It keeps me warm on aprox 27F. Only think I did not like is that it feels bulky/heavy

This is a very comfortable mid-weight fleece suitable for early autumn in New England. It also functions well as a mid-layer if bundled with an outer shell.

I work in surveillance and in a room with bunch of computer servers in the room. The room is literally 62 degrees all year long. I literally never take this jacket off. Sooo.... for some reason I keep thinking I'm a medium, but every time I get it, it's a little too big and end up getting a small. I'm a 5'5 Asian and weigh 150 average build. Honestly I could use the medium and the small I'm like right in that sweet spot. I just personally I like the small better. I wish there was like a olive green one tho... overall good daily jacket can't go wrong, really warm, perfect if you live in the north east where you get all the weathers in the same week! #NorthFace4Life

Love these modern classic jackets! Although it doesn't have put zips it's still great for hiking. A con for me, being slim and tall, is that the body (not sleeve) length is usually on the very short end, although not nearly as short as the 95 retro (unwearable). In addition, I think this jacket would benefit from a "fitted" variant, as not everyone likes the classic "loose" fit. All things considered, this is a very warm and comfortable jacket for all weather. Love it!

If you plan on sweating, do yourself a favor, spend the extra $20 and get the '95 RETRO DENALI JACKET. The pit zips make this much more useful out on the trail or slopes.

This is a very warm jacket, but be warned: it runs big. I'm 6'1" and weigh 185 with a 33" waist. I'm a LARGE in everything, and sometimes I'm even an XL if it's skinny fit, but this thing runs so big that I need to return and get a MEDIUM. It's definitely not made for people who are slim / athletic build.

The Men's Denali Jacket is stylish. I had to return it for a medium because it was too large.

I echo some of the other comments, since it is bantered as a zip in liner with other NF jackets, seems they top layer and this jacket should be designed with each other in mind. Stays in the sleeves and on the back would be nice. I like the fit on me versus the Denali I, but thats more my build and I realize you cant please everyone. Also under arm zippers should have stayed. Overall, I do like the jacket and find it warm, keeps me comfortable when paired with my mountain jacket and toasty when I add a base layer.

This is a great jacket to stay warm but still allows for movement, like when you're in and out of your car running errands in the cold.

For the last 10+ years I have always wanted the Denali jacket but I always wear third party fleeces in large. When I purchased this jacket in large it was a little big in the arms and torso area. It's not a major issue but if I had gotten the medium I feel like it be too small.

Use it on its own as a liner for my mountain jacket, depending on the weather.

Nice jacket, feels a bit snug when interlocked with mountain jacket. Fits maybe a t shirt under, but warm enough not to need much else under.

I've wanted this jacket for years but didn't want to spend the $ on it. However, I've been searching for a lightweight jacket that is versatile for the winter (both in the east and west coasts) as well as throughout the year. I wore this jacket in December in both NYC and MD (it was raining and windy). Just put a sweater underneath and I was fine. Really warm, actually. Wearing it with just a t-shirt underneath is good for 50 degrees maybe even 45 but below that you should put another layer. Which is better than having to wear a bulky jacket in the winter. I also wore it when is was pouring in NYC and it dried pretty quick, I didn't feel damp. For reference I am a female 5'6" about 145 pounds I bought the S in mens and it fits loose but I prefer it to have room for an extra layer.
