After less than one season last year, sole is separating . Huge disappointment.

Someone else wrote a review that the right boot was smaller that the left. I had the same thing happen. You can actually see the size is different, as it isn't my foot. Returning them and am hesitant about reordering these (and other Sorel boots) as I like the style. The left one is comfortable. Also, it seems to be a defect so I shouldn't have to pay to ship them back.

Look great and work great for winter but the right boot is smaller than the left. A bit uncomfortable.

The heal backing is very tough. I honestly have only worn them once and they killed my feet. I am hoping to find a way to soften that so that I can wear them.

Unfortunately I have to agree with another review stating these don't stand the test of time. My brown ones starting separating at the toe after 1 winter. The sole almost looks glued to another piece and that's the part that is separating. Nice looking boot but for this price, you could get an American made Thorogood boot that will never fall apart. Just sayin.

I want to give these 5 stars, but can't. I wore them a lot, but did nothing that would cause damage or be labeled excessive. In about a year, they naturally tore near the ball of the foot. Both sides show bad wear, but one ended up ripping. The store team was worthless and the online customer care team hardly tried. By the time I got enough interaction with the team, I "was past the one year warranty mark" and I could return or even exchange them. I want to buy another pair in hopes that they will be different or that Sorel cares about the longevity of their products, but apparently, they don't. It's too bad, because I do like the brand

Size and fit were fine - the shoes are stylish and comfortable. But the quality of the material is GARBAGE for the price. The shoelaces feel like something you would buy at a dollar store. The leather is low quality - and without even taking them out of the house I can tell that these would not hold up past one season much less two or three. Additionally before I even tried them on, the leather starts to bunch around the ankles. Love the look, but not spending that price for low quality winter boots.

I loved the look of these boots and wanted to keep them so much, but they run insanely narrow. I tried with the thinnest of socks but they are incredibly tight to the extreme. They are already long with a lot of room at the front of the toe, so sizing up isn't an option. Why are they so narrow?!

Sole started separating on one boot the 3rd time I wore them. The other boot made it into the second week before it started coming apart

The sole of these boots started splitting in half about a year after purchasing on all sides. Expensive shoe with terrible quality backed by a very limited and lacking warranty period. I would not recommend spending so much money on something that will fall apart with light use after a year.
