Great-looking, fairly comfortable, good quality. Looking forward to making good use of them. Very happy with my selection, after three other "top" brands in this style didn't meet the grade, and I sent them back.

It's a great boot. The only BIG mistake Sorel made was the dropped the lighter color, that was always the best color. They need to bring it back before I start buying them again. BRING BACK THE LIGHT COLOR

Fit, style, and comfort make hard to say no the squeakiest boots I've ever worn. Love the look most will hear you coming.

The sole on the arch of one of the boots pops when walking, otherwise fantastic shoe.

Sorel's Madson boot is not a true "chukka" (because it has far too many lacing eyelets), but it is comfortable, sturdy, and handsome. I'm glad size 15 is available, but I'm usually a size 14, so the Madson runs small.

They look great, and are very comfortable. But they are not as warm as I was hoping. They're not great if it's less than 20 degrees Fahrenheit. Which happens often up here in Minnesota.

Padding has been added to the inside of the boot around the back of the ankle area. It has been uncomfortable. This makes them less comfortable for me than my original pair.

Amazing look and feed. Don't get five stars because the insole does seem to me as a little hard. I say this because of other boots I own. Other than that, they are not uncomfortable and they look great.

My second pair of the Chukka. I'm not fond of the burnished toe but the shoe is very versatile. I have three similar boots (high arches make taller boots a pain to get on/off) and these are the go to pair. One weakness is the sole. Not only does it wear quickly but looses significant traction as it ages. The upper is holding up well but the boots need to be replaced do to sole wear.

I was so excited to receive these, but was so disappointed upon trying these on for the first time. My advice is to order your regular size; the description says to size down, and I followed the sizing chart and ended up ordering a size 10. Way too small; should've gone with my normal 11. Also the midfoot of these shoes is SO tight, like my foot was folding on itself just to wear these, and I don't have wide feet either. Lastly, I ordered the Major colorway, and was so disappointed to find that the website does not show true-to-color photos. I expected a dark green/gray/brown suede boot, but instead got a straight up chocolate suede boot. Ignoring all of the above, the boot seems very high quality and would be comfortable if it fit my foot, but Sorel has totally missed the mark here.

I was hoping these boots would be the same as the original Madison Chukkas but with a better tread pattern. I ordered the same size only to find out that they run a lot narrower than the original Madison Chukka boots. When putting the two versions together you can clearly see a difference in width.

I take my footwear seriously because I don't have a car and I do a lot of walking and working on my feet. I gotta say these boots really impress. Nice comfort and rugged feel. I haven't worn them in the snow yet but I've gotten through a few rainy days with completely dry feet. I wear 11.5 shoes except usually 12 works best with all Columbia and Sorel footwear. That's what I got with these and they fit perfect with my feet when I wear medium thick wool socks. When I were normal crew socks I just lace them a bit tighter and they still fit perfect.
