this jacket is very good and fits very well the only I don't like about this jacket is that there is no side pockets the pockets are on top of the jacket

Very good Parka with one major flaw. Incredibly warm, I have walked around in Sub-zero temperatures with a light fleece underneath, Main zipper failed after 4 years.

Warm coat, but once the feathers poke out,it's a wrap... The sleeves aren't that long. My son is a pretty tall man and it fits almost perfect on the arm length.

Super thin, didn't even try on, won't do for ny winter. Customer service was great.

They advertise the jacket to be warm for the winter but it isn't warm at all its too light it's ok for the spring or early fall but not for winter...I don't like it

Very underfilled (only 550 fill down) and not that warm. The hem drawcord was flawed and would loosen by itself. The pockets were really awkward. Avoid this.

I liked everything about this jacket except the outside pockets. The lack of slash, hand warmer pockets was the reason I returned this item. If they fix the pockets I'll probably buy one.

The jacket definitely keeps you warm BUT the product isn't worth the money. Writhing two days of wearing it the feathers start coming out of it, not just one spot but all over. I even tried to contact customer service and they were ridiculous in their assistance protocol. They need to back to the original material they used. Absolutely not happy.

Too big not true to size

I recently purchased a North Face parka jacket, expecting the high quality and durability that the brand is known for. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon receiving the jacket, I was initially impressed with its design and warmth. However, it quickly became apparent that there was a defect in the stitching. After just a few wears, I noticed that seams were coming apart, which is unacceptable for a jacket in this price range. I had anticipated a product that could withstand the elements, but this defect has made the jacket not only aesthetically unpleasing but also less functional. In addition to the quality issue, I was disappointed with the customer service. When I reached out to the company for assistance, I expected prompt and helpful support. Instead, the response was slow, and I felt like I was navigating a maze of automated replies. It was frustrating not to receive the level of service I associate with North Face. Overall, I had high hopes for this parka jacket, but the combination of defective craftsmanship and subpar customer service has left me feeling let down. I expected better quality and support from a brand with such a strong reputation. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering a North Face purchase.

The zipper fabric folds and sticks to the Velcro if you leave the jacket unzipped :(

For a 550 down jacket not sure if this will be enough for a canadian winter like -20 above. You are only paying for the brand name, for extreme cold or weather you need a 800 -1000 down jacket... imho

The coat is fine. But, man, these guys completely disregard your right not to have your email used. I guess they thing because they're asking you to do a product review it's OK. Well, it's not.
