Great shoe!! And a believer in Brooks. Let me first start off by saying that I buy and go through a lot of shoes due to my size and weight ( 6'0@260lbs ). With my job in the military we do a lot of running. I usually run in zero drop shoes. Due to a calf and plantar injury I decided to try out a higher drop with more cushion but still light weight. At this price point it was worth a try. Today with the first run clocked in did a 5 mile (speed play) @ 37'30. Great show and will be buying more of the same model. No blisters / no pain / great fit. *** i usually run in Altra Escalante racer ( zero drop ) On cloud flows ( 6mm )

It is a very high quality comfortable shoe. It doesn't take that long to break in and they work well in the gym.

I really like the low profile, perfect for speed work. I've run a marathon in these shoes in comfort, but would recommend for just speed work, and shorter faster runs.

Hyperion Tempo is light, fast, and responsive - everything I look for in a racing or fast training shoe. I don't like a lot of squishy, mushy cushion in a shoe so the Hyperion Tempo is absolutely perfect for me. I like to feel the road a little and feel the responsiveness of the shoe. While it's an 8mm drop which is a little higher than I like to go, it works for me for 1-2 days per week in my rotation for training and definitely high on the list for race day. My foot is a little wide so I purchase a men's shoe (down 1.5 sizes from the women's size) for a perfect fit. I also coach cross country and track and highly recommend it to my athletes for their faster workout days.

Love the spring and bounce these have, they feel like Nikes yet are kinder on my toes. The sizing is very accurate. The fit true. My overall experience is improved as I don't even think of my feet while running!

Never had this model before and was leafy when I got them because they seemed so light. However they fit great, have good support and I have felt less fatigued after workouts.

I didn't know what to think at first. They're firmer than my other shoes and have a lower profile. The ironic thing is my knees love. I was running in Saucony Speed 3s and prefer running in these these. This shoe is fast and incredibly stable. They let my feet find the natural path through all the side crack and street potholes. I recently picked up a pair of Hyperion Max and was disappointed. The Tempo is the shoe to go with.

Comfortable and they fit great. Only downside is that the laces are a little long in my opinion
