I love these shoes. Great support and comfort right out of the box. No break-in period.

This shoe is amazing. There was literally zero break-in time. I ran 8 miles the first time out and I didn't have any blisters or hot spots. The footbeds were a bit firmer than my old Brooks sneakers, so my feet were a bit sore after that first run, but overall you can't complain about that! I also love that the laces are a bit elastic, so they give as your foot strikes the pavement. I have narrow feet so it's always important that my laces are tight, but usually my feet go numb after a bit. That isn't a problem with these laces. I have logged almost 100 miles in them already and they're just getting better and better.

I love my new shoes! So comfy and my feet dont feel tired all day.

I love these shoes! They are true to size, and have added side support for stabilization. I bought them for training in the gym, and for walking. I love the style, color and bounce in the heel. I gave them 4 stars only because I have plantar fasciitis and high arches and was hoping for more of an arch support. I was able to put my own inserts in since they do have a removable insole to support that.

I wore the Ghost 13 for over a year only at work. I work in dental so I am constantly on my feet and up and down stairs at my office. They were so comfy! I decided to try a different line, perhaps with more ?support? and these adrenaline are for walking (the ghost 13 are more running specified, which I was not doing at work). I like the adrenaline, they?re definitely not as cushy? but for walking around all day I?m content knowing I?m in a good shoe.

I'll start by saying, I have never found a sneaker I loved as much as the old Brooks Ghost 10. After the Ghost I had to take along break from Brooks after that because none of the following designs quite measured up. Recently, I thought I would give Brooks another try with this Adrenaline. Unfortunately, these sneakers did not work for me. Color was nice. Heel cushion seemed decent. Not so much under the ball of foot. I started to have knee pain, which I have not had in years. So, these were not a good match for me.

I am a walker, not a runner and after having my right knee replaced (revised) for the second time, I was having pain in my shin when walking. Surgeon told me the problem wasn't with the new replacement and my podiatrist told me my ankles were weak, causing a gait problem. After trying inserts, new shoes, bio-freeze, exercises and a lot of ice, I decided to look for a shoe with some stability. Brooks website popped up in my Google search and having never worn Brooks before, I was leary, especially since I was having so many issues at once. After reading about the heel stabilizers in the Adrenaline 21, I thought, what the heck, I'll try it. I received the shoes about 3 days after ordering them (thank you, Brooks, for the fast delivery!). I immediately opened the box and slipped my feet into the shoes. I almost cried when I felt how wonderful they fit! I took a couple days to just walk around in them, doing my normal stuff. I have to say, I have NO shin pain, no ankle issues, no knee pain, NOTHING, when I am walking in these shoes. These shoes are incredible! I bought my normal size, after reading reviews and they fit like a glove! I will no longer buy Asics, they feel flimsy on my feet compared with the Adrenaline. I can actually feel my heel being held in place. I will be a Brooks customer from now on. Thank you for getting me back on my feet!

I was looking for a comfortable shoe as I have had foot surgery. I can always count on Brooks. Along with the surgery, I have high arches. This shoe is very comfortable. I am not a runner, but I walk every day with my dogs and have found this shoe to be great for me.

I bought a pair of Brooks 10 years ago, but due to 4 separate foot/ankle breaks, I could not wear any shoes with a back on them. I went to aqua exercise for years. About 9 months ago I tried my old Brooks out to see if I could tolerate them while walking. I was successful but the old shoes were getting holes on top. I heard about Hoka shoes being good for Achilles issues so tried those, unsuccessfully. I decided to find another pair of Brooks similar to the old ones, and these worked out perfectly. No break in period was needed, they were comfortable and supportive right from the box! I will not try any other brand moving forward.

My ankle bone his the top of the shoe and it makes it really sore with each step. I've been wearing these shoes for about seven years, and I haven't had this happen before. Perhaps the 21 is built a little taller?

The Adrenalines have always been reliable and this model is my favorite look/color scheme yet! Great for slim-normal width feet, awesome support shoe, and durable! Runs true to size

I?m in my 60?s & a past runner & I?m on my feet at work the entire 8-9 hrs daily, plus walking my dog. I walk 10,000+ steps a day. These shoes saved me, after past problems with plantar fasciitis & ankle/arch issues, I can walk comfortably again! Thank you Brooks ?

I work on cement all day and on an average daily basis put on 4.5 miles on my feet. Brooks is the only shoe I can wear and my feet not hurt. Love them

These were nothing special. Not uncomfortable, but not at all like putting on new comfy cushy sneakers. Bought for a 2 mile walking commute. I really liked the light colors for summer, but that was all. I returned.
