I normally wear a 9-9.5 but in the interest of wearing socks with these shoes, I am ordering a 10.

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 are super comfortable. They fit, and almost feel a little too wide, which is surprising for someone who thinks all shoes are too narrow. They provide a lot of "cush", which is needed for a teacher or sales person on the feet most of the day!

I love brooks adrenaline. They are great for running and as everyday shoes. I have flat feet and I love the support

I love the fit of these shoes. Only dislike is the tongue of the shoe is narrower than previous GTS and is slightly less snug

I'm a newer runner (neutral gait) and have been running in Ghost 13s. After noticing some knee pain and talking with a specialist, they recommended I give the Adrenaline's a try. The way they explain it, the GTS system is unique in that if you're a neutral runner and gaiting correcting - you'll never notice or use it. But when you get tired and your form breaks down, or as you perhaps don't have the best form because you're still building that strength and correctness, this type of stability shoe will help support you. He said once I build up more strength that the ghost's may work just fine but for now, to do the majority of my running (especially when I'm tired or on long runs) in the Adrenaline. They seem extremely comfortable, but run bigger than my Ghost 13s did. I'm a true 8, my Ghosts are an 8.5 and I originally ordered an 8.5 in these. They ended up being about .25" or so bigger than my Ghost, so I sized down to my normal 8 and they are perfect. Time will tell on the knee/stability aspect, but I'm optimistic!
