Not a runner - a walker - but these are the only shoes I get. Love no seams across the ball of the foot. Great support.

Sorry to disappoint, but my wife has never run a step in any of the six or seven pairs she's had over the years. She was prescribed (strongly suggested by her podiatrist, who actually does run in his) to get Brooks for her work shoes. And they have been great. She experienced an noticeable and immediate difference from the other not-cheap 'running' shoes she had tried. She was a nursing tech for 30 years and feet comfort, support and health are everything, as you well know. She had tried many types and manufacturers before landing on Brooks. The real improvement for her health was enough. But Brooks shoes lasted much longer, about twice as long as what she was wearing. Not surprisingly, many of the staff now wear Brooks because of Carol's satisfaction. Please don't do something stupid and 'improve' your shoes. When something is the best, don't break that mold.

Not a runner, wear at work very comfy

I am a nurse and on my feet 12-14 hours. These have been the best shoe I?ve every purchased for work. My legs and feet no longer hurt at the end of my shift

SUPER comfortable! These run big in size though so whereas I usually buy a size 8 in the Cascadia, I need a 7 1/2 in the Adrenaline.

Excellent go-to shoe for training. Comfortable, lightweight and durable.

I wore ASICS Kayano for years until I found the Adrenaline. The Brooks shoe affords ankle and stride support and correction where the ASICS does not. The tread is comparable. The Adrenaline is perfect for outdoor running on pavement. I have an average width foot with a low arch and this shoe fits my foot well and supports for a long run. I put about 600 miles in before I replaced the previous pair, all on pavement.

These new Adrenaline GTS are super comfortable and yet really supportive. I can fit my orthotics inside and yet still feel the Cushion of the DNA loft. I also appreciate the guide rails. When I first started wearing Brooks I used to buy Adrenaline?s every year but then I switched to the Ghosts. Last year I bought the Adrenaline GTS 20s and fell in love again, and now I love the Adrenaline GTS 21s.

Very light weight. Good fit. I can stay my feet longer with my GTS 21?s. I definitely recommend for summer days.

Only shoe I wear and have wore for 15 years. I have not only wore the holes in the soles but the last three pair I have had holes on the top.

It?s a great shoe when you never think about your feet!! Love the support for my high arch!

Love my new Brooks. My feet no longer hurt when I walk, stand for long periods of time or when I excerise. Highly recommend. Bought a second pair already just for a change if color.

Love these! My heel was slipping all over in my Asics but feels secure and stable in these Brooks. Have had several Brooks in the past and not sure why I left but it feels great to be back in shoes that really fit my feet!

Plenty of cushion and support, comfortable shoes

I needed a walking shoe to provide support and comfort for neuropathy and bone spurs, and am finding this fit to work?finally.

Best vushion shoe. This is my second pair of adrenaline 21s. I wear Brooks Adrenaline for years and i love them.
