My Asics brand/style of 4 years changed design and fit was totally different. Finding a replacement to my favorite crosst training shoe was not easy. There are tons of running shoes out there; cross trainers were impossible to find. After weeks of back and forth online shoe purchase and returns I visited a podiatrist . I had foot pain on the outside edges of my feet. My podiatrist recommended the Brooks Adrenaline, after one workout with my trainer I knew this was a winner. Terrific lateral support, he said my energy was off the charts; I attribute it to the Brooks Adrenaline support, no sloshing around on spongy soles....the shoes were truly an extension of my feet. I highly recommend this shoe.

These Brooks are so comfortable. I am in my 50s and have been buying athletic shoes forever hoping that they will feel okay after "break in" time. These had no break in and are so perfect. I love them. I have had them for 8 days and I have worn them for seven of those days. They are amazing. Worth every penny!!!!!!

I've started jogging consistently in the past year or so. I was using a pair of old Nikes that I absolutely loved but they were getting too worn. I had a hard time finding a good replacement but these are doing the trick so far.

I live in these shoes. They fit my foot perfectly and are super comfortable for running on pavement and trails, plus walking/running with our five-month-old Siberian Husky pup. They have the right amount of stability and support, and the cushioning I need, yet are light-weight. I have two pair at most times. It is rare that I am in any other shoe.

Love these Adrenaline GTS 21. I read the reviews & went down a half size which still allowed room for my inserts. I actually purchased a 2nd pair. The youth sports pattern is so cute.

I am not a runner. I wear my Adrenaline GTS 21 shoes when I go for a walk or when I work out at the gym. I had heard that your shoes can effect your posture and body aches and pains. I never noticed before. When I first got my new Brooks shoes, I wore them inside and outside almost all day for several days. When the weather changed and I started wearing sandals part of the time, I noticed the feel of my knees, back etc., when I started wearing my Brooks again. I think everything feels better when I am wearing the Brooks shoes. I think it is my body getting use to the feel of them.

First time buying Brooks. I was hesitant because I am not really an avid runner. Thiis shoe more than meets my needs for running and at the same time it looks good too. The Adrenaline GTS 21 is comfortable and provides support. The only disappointment that I had was that I wanted another pair and they were out of them, lesson learned if they become available again I will definitely buy another pair.

Very comfortable for working in the operating room and being on my feet all day! These shoes made not only my feet feel good, but my hips, knees, lower back, and legs feel good as well! These shoes were so worth the cost.
