I?ve worn another brand for years but they changed the model too much so I decided to try the Adrenaline. Couldn?t be happier. Super light yet supportive. Nice roomy toe box, comfy tongue and lower cut all around the ankles - perfect for me! Very breathable. Long shoelaces that stay tied. Super grippy on pavement, gravel and trails. Ordered my usual size. I?ve worn the same pair everyday for the last 6 weeks - running, walking, hiking and on my feet all day at work and no issues whatsoever with material tearing or cushion breaking down. Love the colors and patterns. Awesome shoe!

I had 3 pairs of GTS 20, and loved them. I thought I would love the 21s as well, but my biggest issue is the tongue. The way it is cut rubs against the top of my ankle, and has left blisters. I also don't feel there is as much support in the inner arch. I'm now on the search to buy up all the GTS20s I can find.

Initially, I loved my Brooks Adrenaline 21. As a runner with flat and wide feet, I have struggled to find shoes that supported me and kept feeling good for long runs. When I finally bought the Adrenalines, they were perfect. But about 6 months in, I was out for a hike when the right shoe tore a small hole through the fabric. It has only gotten bigger since. I was really hoping for the price, that these would last me until they were worn down and I am disappointed to find that was not the case.
