The fit is comfortable, cushioned but supportive. Great arch support, and soft under the balls of my feet. The guide rails are great, no more sliding inside the shoe. I am a walker, but with toe, knee and hip aches, I have found the right shoe to prevent all of that! It was suggested that I size up, even though the fit guide said not to….I did size up 1/2 size, and am glad I did!

Great shoes for stability/pronation support. They could use more under foot cushioning, along with more color options in wide sizes. I walk about 100 miles a month and Brooks Adrenalines are lasting about four months. I think more cushioning would help them last longer - the tops are not worn out at all after four months. I wear 7 wide in athletic shoes and 6.5 medium in street shoes.

Very comfortable. Previous tennis sneaker was leather with stiff seams by pinky toe causing irritation. Will buy again!

great, comfortable shoe and beautiful colors! the only shoe I’ve been able to walk miles thru Disney on the first wear, no need to break them in!

Very stable and supportive shoe with excellent cushioning. I have been ruining in this shoe for more than 10 years and it is amazing. I have tried others out of curiosity along the way and have returned because this shoe is so much better!

Brooks are now my favorite shoes (over New Balance) for both serious walking and just hanging out or running errands. My previous pair was Ariel, which I really love for support while walking. Adrenaline is just as great and a bit lower cost. Lots of support and cushioning at the same time. Good fit for my narrow heel. I go up a half size to get the toe room.

Great shoe but slightly too big in the toe box for me. I have this exact shoe in size 5 but felt it was a tad too short unfortunately, the 5.5 was to wide in the toe box Ordered the size 5 and returning these.

I love Brooks. Will never buy a different brand. I upgraded from the Adrenaline 19 to these and they fit perfectly.

The fit is perfect. These are my go to's. I love all the color combos you can choose from in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21! It's so fun to have some real choices. These are shoes you can wear all day on your feet, in my opinion.

I always have issues finding shoes that fit comfortably. These are perfect. They look great just like the pics. Definitely great quality. Highly recommend.

After receiving the wrong size from Zappos, I just sent that pair back and ordered the correct size HOPING that the right size would come this time and it did. They look great. They feel great. They have the nice insole that provide some good cushioning too. I love the choice of color combos Zappos has. Not all stores carry all the colors. By the way UPS picks up your return package for you if you can't get to a UPS drop off.

These are my favorite running shoes. This is my 4th pair and I will continue to buy them.

I’m a big walker. starting to run. I usually wear a size 8. I tried an 8 and 8.5, and kept the 8.5. Very comfortable. I do not need arch support. so, I’m not sure if these are good or bad for that. I’ve been using them for over a month and think they’re great!

I’m an avid runner and have been for decades. I started with the GTS Adrenaline 1 and here I am still purchasing this shoe at 21! it’s a good basic running shoe with moderate flex.

I hope they are waterproof. It's not clear to me if they are or not.

I got a size 11.5 and am so glad Brooks makes sizes above 11. The shoe looks super cool on. It is comfortable from the get-go, with padding in the back and just the right arch support. No breaking in requird. Just put them on and start walking, jogging, or running. I'm a walker and I'm very fond of these shoes. I recommend them.
