I used these shows to go running twice a week for about 1 hr each and the right one already has a hole in the lining after only one month! The left one looks like it will develop the same hole soon. The last version of this Brooks shoe lasted me almost a year. Very disappointing drop in quality.

I had previously written a review of this shoe, praising it. I am now taking that back. I need more support/cush. I feel like I am walking on the ground. There isn't enough support for my liking. AND the shoe really does feel about half size smaller that i would like, I normally wear a 12W. I guess I just want more shoe. I will be keeping them, but I think I am going to go back to my New Balance.

Bought my 21's in July. Already have a small hole above one of my toes and the inner pads are already wearing down. I have been wearing adrenaline's exclusively since I pronate severely. They have been the only shoe that doesn't cause me terrible pain when I am on my feet all day. However, this pair doesn't seem to last as long. I usually get a little over a year out of them. Less than 5 months and I already feel that I need new shoes :(

First time out of the box in a long time a pair of shoes have felt good right away. I’m an overpronator and have no arches. I’ll update after I wear them all day

Realized I needed W and these did the trick. Great heel and arch support. However, there's not enough sponge in the area of the ball of the foot and after a three-mile walk at a brisk pace, the balls of my feet are aching. May have to return. Bought a $49 orthotic to help, but that seems a drag to buy a new shoe and then have to spend basically $50 to get what I need.

The Adrenaline fits true to size. I have tried other Brooks styles, however, this one works best for me. You won't find a better shoe!

I’m usually a 6.5 in normal shoes, however I’m running shoes I always go up to a 7 to allow room for socks and so that there’s no rubbing. These shoes are not for everyone, they are SO SUPPORTIVE. I love that, I over pronate when I run and experience awful plantar fasciitis. I waited to review these until I’d worn them a little and I was able to run a few miles with no foot pain during or after. I think they’re also helping with my sciatic pain. They keep your foot very structured and cushioned but are also extremely light weight and breathable. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The heel of this shoe is awful. There is no support in there at all. My feet just sink off to the side because there is no support. I own several of the adrenaline’s, and this has never happened before. They hurt my feet and my back. It’s awful

I've had several pairs of Brooks Adrenaline and they're great for walking--up until the 21 model. My feet have been hurting all year, and I thought it was just me. Based on the many reviews here, other people are having the same problems. They don't provide as much cushion and I've developed plantar fasciitis since getting them. I just compared notes with a family member who also loves Adrenalines, and she said her feet have been hurting in the 21s, too. But we had both assumed it was just us. If the 22s have the same problems when they come out, I'll be looking for a different brand.

I?ve been wearing brooks adrenaline since 2006. I LOVE that there are more color options this year- they?ve done a great job with the Designs, but at the cost of the quality. I?ve been half marathon training for 3 weeks and am having terrible foot arch pain (which I?ve never experienced before). I do not believe my arch is supported as with other years styles. The first thing I noticed was how thin the shoelace is? like it can fray at any moment. As much as I love the look of the shoe, I?ll be returning it.

It’s weird. The first hour, they felt fine, but after three or four hours, I couldn’t stand them. After a week of trying, I put them away $149.00!! Just sitting on the shelf. Didn’t save box, so not returnable :-(

I love these shoes. The color, "Ocean/Black/Nightlife", makes me happy and I wish I could wear them everywhere. I have narrow feet, and the medium fits perfectly. In fact, I ordered both the medium and narrow, and the medium felt exactly like the narrow except it comes in some great colors whereas the narrow is only available in a pale grey called "oyster". These are the first shoes I've bought for overpronators (which I am), and they felt great on my daily neighborhood walk. If you're not sure you're an overpronator, look at the wear pattern on your heals; it's important to get this right, as it affects your knees and hips in the long term.

These shoes are not worn out but I already have a hole in the fabric above my toes. So disappointing. I do find them comfortable so I gave them 3 stars but I don't know if I want to spend that much money on another pair to just get another hole in the same place.

Just opened the box. The shoes have been very worn! And looks like quite a few time! Even some dirt in the soles! What a disgrace that no one checked these before going out. And they weren't even in the original Brooks box - so obviously were worn enough to have not have come back in the original box! Why were these released again and at the cost of $130!!! Just terrible.
