I have been wearing Ghost for a couple of years. My physical therapist recommended I switch to this shoe for more support. I ran in them twice and walked in them 4 times. They are so heavy, I felt like I had sandbags on my feet. I am returning these and returning to my favorites, Ghost. I did not like Ghost 13, but the 14's feel good.

The fit on these (Adrenaline GTS 21) is almost-but not quite) as comfortable as my pair of Glycerin 19. I haven’t put them to the test yet; but I doubt they would stay as comfortable for long distances. My 74-year-old feet say the interior support is not as good. When not hiking, I try to get in 5-10 miles of walking each day. I prefer to do that comfortably. These are nice looking shoes. I will probably save them for less strenuous activity.

I love this running shoe. It fits my feet perfectly and the colors are lovely. However, what I do not like about Brooks is how quickly they wear out. I run four-five miles every other day on good footing (clean track) and the soles wear thin in three months or less. I have a neat, mid-foot strike and gentle footfall - my running style is NOT hard on footwear. Yet, the sub-sole wears down so much that the surface pattern around the bottom of the shoe disappears within three months and then the shoe is uneven. I don’t think that is acceptable: I have similarly priced Nikes that have lasted a good three times longer. I still like the shoe a lot and enjoy the comfort it gives me while running but the environmental impact of having to throw out FOUR pairs of shoes pair year - for very modest running - is making me look for alternatives.

I have a wide foot and high instep. I also need lots of stability. I remove the insole and place my orthotics in the shoe. The shoe lasts about 6 months. But I am rough on shoes.

This is an excellent shoe. True to size with comfortable toe and heal fit. Nice pad and arch support. I am a walker with some Neuropathy issues. Great for walking. My daughter has the same shoe for running and highly recommends the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21

These shoes do run a little small, but that seems to be true of a lot of athletic shoes, I love the arch support! I also love the colors of these shoes.

LOVE these Brooks shoes! I always wear Brooks, but was so happy to see such a unique pattern and design!!! Love the comfort too, feels like a broken in shoe right from the start!

I usually purchase 1/2 larger in athletic shoes than my normal shoe size. I wear a 7 med. The adrenaline 7 1/2 fit well. They offer some arch support but I chose to put a power step orthotic in. They have room in the toe box but fit well without shifting. I originally tried the brooks glycerin but they ran a full size smaller and felt tight in the toe box. Zappos quick shipping and return policy is great.

I absolutely LOVE these shoes! They are my go to - the best running shoes I have had.

Adrenaline is my favorite Brooks show and these are SUPER cute and colorful!

This shoes fit my feet like a glove!

The tread separated from the shoe after minimal wear. Would not purchase again.

Great pair of shoes for running and walking.

I used to wear Brooks shoes and had switched over to Aasics for years. I tried switching back to Brooks and this pair specifically due to plantar fasciitis. These shoes aggrivated my condition a TON. I can wear literally any other type of shoe or style of sneaker except these!

Very comfortable

The Adrenaline is the running shoe I’ve been looking for comfortable, support very light weight corrects over pronation. Unfortunately these had a defect so had to return. After thinking about it decided to try again so ordered another pair since they were so comfortable. Wear 8.5 B in this shoe ordered 8.5 W think that is one reason so comfortable. Fingers crossed this pair will not have a defect. Highly recommend this shoe.

These are the only shoes that fit my wide feet. I love to walk and they are perfect.

Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoes are the only running shoes I will buy. I've been buying them for over 6 years and replace them with the next color of Brooks Adrenaline GTS shoes. LOVE THESE WITH NO EXCEPTION! SUPER comfortable, great arch support, and supportive.

The widest part of my foot oozed over the sole of the shoe. Not comfy as the Ghost style.

I didn't know my old shoes were so worn out until I got the new ones. These are so great! Even better than my last ones.

I loved my adrenaline 20’s. Unfortunately for some reason these didn’t fit the same. One shoe was to lose, and the owner didn’t have enough padding for the ball if my foot. I’m sore both shoes were exactly the same as each other, but whatever subtle differences were made made them not a good fit for me. Very sadly I had to return them. I was especially sad because with the 20’s for the first time in many many years I did not have to use an insert with my shoes.
