I absolutely love these shoes. I started running again after taking a break but was having knee pain. I went to a running store and got fitted and found out I pronate. The support in these shoes make a huge difference- I no longer have knee pain. I had some burning in my arches after my first 2 runs so I invested in some Superfeet insoles and that made these shoes the best I?ve ever had. I have slightly narrow feet, normally wear a 7.5 sneakers and these fit perfect in the 7.5. I?ve never run this pain free!

Great shoe! I used to solely run in Brooks Glycerin's years ago, then switched to the Ghost, but in the last year I have needed a shoe that has some additional support because I am now over pronating and have tendonitis in my glutes (it sucks getting older and having a changing running form). I was impressed with the Adrenaline 21 as soon as I put it on. It was super comfortable, had good support and I love the stretchy shoe laces. I initially purchased the 22's, but am returning those as the 21's and 22's are night and day difference. I have run a few miles in these as I am still healing from my running injury, but have been wearing them at work and have no complaints! I am hoping when Brooks come out with the 23's that they go back to a similar design as this one.

I LOVE these shoes. They've eliminated any joint pain running has caused me and allow me to run farther. I have high arches and overpronate, and these shoes provide amazing support for that. I've had them for almost a year (used for running (3+ miles) and hiking (5+ miles) and am just now thinking they need to be replaced. Will definitely buy another pair.
