Love these shoes, haven’t bought a pair of white running shoes in 20+ years (I still miss air Pegasus) but the black laces are a great touch. Took a run right out of the box

I applied a $5 VIP promotion coupon when purchasing these shoes. Unfortunately, they felt half size smaller so I returned the pair, got the refund, and ordered a new larger pair (had to wait until it became available because it was out of stock). However, I could not use the $5 coupon for the new order. I just called customer service and was told that I had used the coupon and they could not do anything about it. When I argued that the first pair was returned and a second pair was purchased, I was told that they could no longer transfer the coupon because the order was already placed. I asked for a supervisor who offered to cancel the order to try to reapply the coupon on a new order but could not guarantee that the shoes would still be available after this transaction (my order was labeled as "last" pair). I was then given the option to call Customer Service again after receiving the shoes to request the coupon but they could not make any guarantees in writing or even note my account with a record of my call. I spent too much time trying to make this work so I decided to cancel the order and get the shoes elsewhere for the same price. It is incredible that a reputable company like Zappos/Amazon cannot have software that anticipates situations as predictable as this one to make it easier for its own custom service to handle the problem.

I love the color. I am still trying to decide if I need these or ghost. Only wear them in the house for now. They feel a little big. I love the cushion.

I have worn Brooks Adrenaline for many years. The new model GTS21 has a slightly higher foot bed and the back of the shoe goes higher toward the ankle. This new design height makes the shoe rub on my ankle bone. Otherwise, the fabric, color and print was awesome.

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 fit me perfectly in everyway including excellent arch support. When I tried them on they were so comfortable that I didn't want to take them off. The arch support is so great for my high instep, This is my go-to shoe for when I'm going to be a on my feet a lot at home, as well as for workouts. This shoe is such a great fit for me that I'm going to buy a second pair, just to trade off!
