The heel is comfortable, however the toe box is a little more narrow than I?d like. The inserts do move around a little creating a lip that I can feel with my toes. They?re okay but not my favorite.

I thought this brooks would be great but I felt they were much stiffer than the ghost 12 that I loved. The arch support was good but it took a long time to break in wearing every day. I have plantar fasciitis so I do need something extra in heel support! I loved the colors though!

I'm not a runner. I am a Brooks fan but slightly disappointed as the shoes I've bought the last couple of years are not as comfortable as the first pairs I purchased about 5 or 6 years ago.

Not impressed, had better product in the past. I may go an look into other brands to purchase in the future. I think these are the most uncomfortable shoes that I have ever owned by Brooks.

First time Brooks user. They are very comfortable. The only complaint that I have is that they are too wide for me. I always have to order a wide with my past sneakers and went ahead and ordered these in wide, but the wide width is too much for my foot.

I normally wear the Ghost style unfortunately the last 2 pairs of Ghost have not fit properly or hurt my feet. I decided to try the Adrenaline style. Instantly I fell in love with this style. Extremely comfortable shoes. I have small wide feet. These shoes fit perfect.

The fit was okay tho they ride a little at the heel. I have over pronation and the arch support in the shoe doesn’t seem adequate even though it is listed as a good choice for flat feet. I also need a rigid shoe to avoid broken bones and they were great on the count. Overall, they are nice and light as I was looking for but I might be sending them back because of the arch and trying the ASICS kayano or saucony endorphin instead.

Shoe is great, shoelaces not great at all. Will not stay tied. Please send me some better laces, not the same ones. These do not work. Thanks

Shoes are audibly squeaky and feel heavier than their Adrenaline GTS 18 ones. I do appreciate the cushion of the shoe but there is something off about the design. I would not order these again. Please bring back the EXACT model of the Adrenaline GTS 18. They were perfect!

i have been wearing adrenaline GTS for over ten years. I specifically chose this sneaker because i have very narrow feet and this model had worked so well for me in the past. Over the past few years, adrenaline had gotten wider and really doesn't work for me for my run. It is comfortable just to walk around in but will not be good for my runs and i am in search of a new narrow sneaker.

Could Brooks make a more boring color? I purchased the lilac/sachet color. The Brooks website's picture looks nothing like the color that I received. The Zappos picture is closest in color, blah!! Also, the ankle is stiff and very uncomfortable! I have the Adrenaline gts 19 and they are so much better than this new version. These shoes are going back!!

I currently own 4 pairs of the Adrenaline GTS 21 and I have to say that they are inconsistent in the way they fit. Brooks have gone downhill since I started wearing them in the 90's. I walk 2 miles a day and the sneakers are good for about a month then I feel like I'm walking on flat tires. I am currently waiting for the Glycerin 18 to arrive, only because they were on sale, and if I am not happy, I will be returning. Please go back to the old Glycerin 14 and 16 styles.

Size was good. The reason I am returning is the ankle is too rigid and hurt my ankle bone. I have the adrenaline gts 19 and there is no comparrison in the comfort. Please Brooks, make the next version of the adrenaline more like the 19, they are much better in fit and quality. Also, the color I ordered, iris/lilac sachet/ombre blue, do not look like the pictures. If only the colors were as pretty as they sound! Brooks, please step up your game and give us some decent colors to choose from, so boring. Let's face it, color is important!
