Grippy, bouncy, supportive for my flat feet! After longer runs my legs don?t feel tired the way they did in my old shoes. These are great and light, too!

I have dealt with a lot of foot pain recently and working out and even walking has been painful. For walking I find relief with crocs, but they are ugly, but working out I have tried everything. I recently purchased these shoes and my feet never hurt! I do not have to take breaks to shake the pain or cramp out these shoes are magical to me.

I originally bought a pair for work (RN) and loved them so much I bought a pair for my home workouts. They are so comfortable, cushiony soles, and on the wide side.

I have a job that requires me to be on my feet all day. So over the years my feet started really hurting me to the point I couldn?t walk at the end of the day. Every sneaker I have bought was not helping. I bought a pair of crocs and those are awesome but your feet get cold in the winter. Someone told me about brooks and I was hesitant at first and said you know what you won?t know until you try. So I ordered a pair and I am in LOVE with these sneakers. I will be buying more. Thank you brooks !!!

These were purchased with a Christmas gift card from our physical therapy son. I do not usually wear tennis shoes except for my occasional walks, much to our son's dismay, at my over 70 age. These, however, I have worn to shop, or travel, a first. The toe area is wide on the normal width and they are comfortable with my bunion and the Brook run-in-3 pack comfy socks. I did follow your advice and purchase a half size larger which was perfect. Can't swear I am a convert to tennis shoes but so far so good. My husband and son are happier.

I love my new Brooks Adrenaline 21?s. They are have support in all the right areas. They are not over cushioned but just right. I recommend investing in this shoe.

Best running shoes I've ever owned! I have wide feet and appreciate the 2E width. Just wish that more shoes were available in the 2E width. Sole is cushioned perfectly! Love wearing these, not just for running.

Best shoe yet - surprised myself that I prefer this shoe overall to the Ghost 13. Great balance of stability and cushioning - and the cushioning in this version is superior to the 20. I use an orthotic and have had some issues in other shoes wherein the orthotic is a bit too thick compared to the provided insole; the room from the top of the toes to the top of the shoe would be too crowded. Not so with this shoe. I prefer a snug fit in the heel and a wider toe box. This shoe has both. I do use this shoe for training and for extended interval treadmill walking so can't speak to it as a running shoe.

I will ONLY WEAR BROOKS ADRENALINE, I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY MY DOCTORS THAT I HAVE ARTHRITIS AS A 95 YEAR OLD, I AM 60, THE BROOKS KEEP ME WALKING STANDING, EXERSISING AND WORKING NO OTHER SHOE WILL EVER GRACE MY FOOT.

As a Nurse I absolutely LOVE my new shoes! They are comfortable and hold up well! After a 12 hour shift, my back and hips don't hurt and my legs aren't tired. Thank You for designing a shoe, not only for the runners, but nurses too!

I have been running in the adrenaline GTS for ever. I really like the 21 except for the tongue. It is weirdly shorter than previous versions and you cannot pull it forward. I like that the toe box is wider and rounder. Hoping Brooks comes out with some better colors. I would have given it 5 stars had the tongue been more adjustable and longer.

I love these shoes. Right out of the box I walked eleven miles in them with no problems. Cushioning is the most important thing to me at this stage of my life and these shoes fit the bill. I would recommend these shoes to everyone.

I love this shoe! It's a great update to the Adrenaline 20, which I also loved. It provides ample support with just the right amount of cushion. My legs and feet are not sore during or after a run.

These are my go-to shoe for road running during the week. They hold up well through all of my miles, keep my feet comfy for my long runs, and I haven't had any problems with them (or the GTS 20s that I had before these)! If these shoes are the right fit for your feet, I would highly recommend them (but please get a professional fitting so you aren't unnecessarily injuring yourself).
