So disappointed in this shoe. I’ve been wearing Adrenaline’s for at least 8 years, and this is the first time I’ve ever written a bad review. If I could return them after wearing, I would. They do not support my ankles at all...have never had this issue with Brooks before. I’m having ankle pain that I haven’t had in over ten years. I’ve even laced them up to the top hole, and they are not working for me at all. Please, fix this!!!

Hugely disappointed

After years of not running, I started again during the pandemic. I bought GTS 20, which I loved from the minute I put them on--but after several hundred miles, I needed to retire them. I bought the GTS 21. I was bummed that the colors were kind of boring and ugly, but really, having a good shoe was more important. Zappos recommended sizing up a half size, which I did ... but regretted, although the smaller size probably would have been too small. The shoe overall feels flat and unsupportive, and it feels like there was less cushioning and spring, not more. Everything just feels 'off', they're not very comfortable. They're going back. I found a new pair of the old GTS 20. I'm holding out hope that the GTS 22 will be better.

Fit and size are just as expected, materials are so soft and comfortable, enough room if you plan to use orthotics, outstanding heel and arch support. Whether you are a brooks running shoes recurrent customer or first time buyer, I warranty you wont regret buying Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21, Its worth the money! Don't go cheap on your footwear, sometimes can cost you more down the road.

Everyone I know raves about their brooks so I had to try a pair. I picked these because they were recommended for people who tend to overpronate (like me). However, they did not have enough arch support for my super high arches. Sigh. Also, the color choices were weird!

I have been wearing the Ghost for a few years and tried the Adrenaline GTS 21. This shoe fits my arch better and I feel a "spring" when I walk. I love them.

I wore them first time today and walked 4 miles -very comfy they felt smaller but I had ordered them a half a size bigger so was okay

I have worn this model for years but they have changed this sneaker to be much wider in the toe area - I tried the narrows and this did not work either. I stayed with the original and just use a thicker sock but I do feel like my foot slides around a little bit. I need these for the heel to toe drop and the support so overall a good sneaker.

The shoe is comfortable.

This shoe was move in ready for my feet. I put them on, laced them up, and off I went for a pain free walk. I highly recommend this shoe.

Ordered these shoes based on my physical therapist recommendation to help with arch support and knee pain. I was really excited about receiving these shoes. Wore them shoes around the house for a little while and they felt ok so I wore them out shopping today and oh my aching feet. My arch pain is much worse after wearing them. I’m not even sure that I will be able to continue to wear. Feel like I just threw $129 down the drain. So wish that I could return and try a different pair that were recommended.

Over the moon with these Brooks. I have been loyal to the brand for 10 years now and they never disappoint. This particular shoe has terrific cushioning around the heal and very good arch support. I'm not a runner but do the Beachbody T25 workout 5 days a week and these are superb for jumping and stabilizing. Very pleased!

Fit great - definitely order 1/2 size up!

I have been wearing the Adrenaline for years. It fits my custom made shoe inserts comfortably. I need a stability shoe for running and the construction of this shoe provides that with very nice styling. Brooks always offers great colors. I love the lavender color in the 2021 model.

Even in the wide it seems a tiny bit snug around the mid foot but not enough to be concerned.

This is probably my favorite Brooks running shoe I’ve ever had! I may just order another pair and I love the color and design!

Gorgeous shoe design, even more beautiful and unique to look at the shoes in-person; the speckled effect is truly cool. However, the toe area is too narrow and too 'short' (e.g., not enough room for the toes to spread out - and not enough space for toes to move up and down, during a normal walking/running gait). This is not a healthy shoe to walk or run in. I am grateful for Zappos easy returns and continue to be frustrated with top brands that keep crunching women's feet. The laces area bit weird too, they are made of like a nylon-type of material.
