It’s hard to find shoes in EE for those with flat feet, bunions, and overpronation. Brooks always comes through! I only with they made women’s shoes in the 4E width, like New Balance. I bought these shoes to replace an older pair of the Adrenaline.

I have been wearing the Brooks Glycerin for the past 5-6 pairs of athletic shoes I’ve owned. I decided to try the Adrenaline GTS because the description said it was a good shoe for pronators. For me, (a pronator since childhood) this was just too much correction, even with my orthotics. They were quite uncomfortable, particularly on my instep. Loved the look of the shoe and wanted them to work, but went back to my Glycerin 19.

I truly think Brooks are wonderful, comfortable shoes. But toe box is too narrow. I’d purchase multiple pair if the toe box was wider. This is even in a wide width that is to be wide. Therefore they will be returned sadly.

Not sure, as New Balance is the same, narrow toe box. In the past no problems. I feel stuck finding

Fit was good, feel very supported. Not as cushioned as the Glycerin but still love them

First off, I have a love/hate relationship with these shoes. I purchased them at a sporting goods retailer so I had the opportunity to try on a couple of pairs for comparison. Not only did I like the look of these and the Revel 5 (I bought both pairs that day), I appreciated the comfortability of the shoe as well. While I am not a runner, I and my husband are avid walkers, logging between 10 and 15 miles five days a week on these shoes. He chose the Ghost and Levitate which he loves but I digress. My love for the shoes is they?re sturdy enough and supportive enough without killing my arches and allowing me maximum stride. The hate part comes in where, for some strange reason or another, these shoes make the front half of my feet numb. I wear moisture-wicking socks and the issue was even worse when I wore thinner socks; almost as though my feet slid around in the shoes and made for a horrible walk and excruciating foot pain. So switching socks helped a lot, but that numbness persists even on the lightest walks. My feet are fine until I hit the one mile mark and then they go numb. And oddly enough, it?s not every time I wear these shoes so I?m not sure if I still need to break them in or if something else is going on. The reason I don?t wear my Revel 5s as much is I want to get my feet used to wearing one pair before I try acclimating and adjusting to another. Sounds weird, I know, but the Revel 5 is so much more comfortable and forgiving. Aside from that, I bought them in a lighter color so I prefer wearing the Adrenaline?s for their darker color and the fact they handle equally well on different terrain?I just don?t like the fact my feet are numb when wearing them.

Great shoe if you overpronate or have flat feet. She was very comfortable for walking and training. I noticed immediate difference in my foot alignment because of the shoes. Not a huge fan of the design and look, but the overall comfort of the shoe definitely makes up for that.

I'm still on the fence about these. They are very cute, unique looking and stylish. However, I feel they are roughly a 1/2 size smaller than other shoes of the same size that I've purchased. The top fabric is also very thin and it feels/looks like my big toe would punch through in no time! I have a feeling these may be returned, but will try them on again this week to see if I have a change of heart.

I decided to try my very first pair of Brooks after reading several good reviews and must say, after wearing them for over a week, I really like them. I have a flexible high arch, neuropathy in both feet, and arthritis in both knees, so needless to say I have a difficult time finding any shoe to be 100% comfortable. But, the Adrenaline GTS21 is feeling pretty well on my poor feet. I take a size 9, medium width. They felt a bit tight when I first tried them on, but were not too small in the toe or heal, it was more about my feet not having a sneaker fit so well, so I decided to continue trying them out. The bottom line is that this style fits well, true to size, for me, moderate arch support, which is really good, and I haven’t experienced any knee pain and that’s extremely important to me. The style and colors are not flashy, so it’s possible that younger women will not find these hip enough, but I am overall very pleased with this shoe.

This is my fifth pair of this model shoe over three years and I’m hooked. It has spoiled me for other shoes. I took off one star overal as they do tend to wear out a bit quicker than i would like. .

These run shorter than New Balance, but I do wear my normal shoe size. This is my third pair of Adrenaline; so I do like them. I wear for walking the dog 3-1/2 to around 4 miles every morning. They are comfortable and provide good support and cushion for my flat feet. I wish they were available in my size in more than one color. I am tired of grey.

I ordered a 1/2 size bigger than ANY other shoe in my wardrobe! They are a little big ( I have a narrow foot) but the size 9 was too small.

I wanted these shoes to work out so badly. They are good looking! But the collar of the shoe comes up too high on the ankle making it terribly uncomfortable. The sole is thin as well and I really need more cushioning than these Brookes provide. For the money, I just didn't want to invest an additional $$$ for insoles.

I have ran in Brooks Revels for the last few years- best shoes ever! However, I needed to switch due to PF and tendonitis. The Adrenaline's have helped my heel pain immensely. However, as other reviewers have said, they are not the most comfortable shoe. I had to switch to my old shoes a few times (counterproductive for the injury) while breaking these in to relieve some of the rubbing and ankle pain. I have had them for a little over a month and am just now able to run comfortably in them on a daily basis. I think the shoes are worth the money and I'm not unsatisfied but I do hope the future models are easier to wear/break in.

I honestly don’t know what to think. I have been wearing Brook’s Adrenaline’s for years. I have always been able to pop them on and away I would go on my walks, forgetting they were new they were so comfortable. This time, I’m having a hard time deciding what’s going on. The shoe fits snugger than my other adrenalines and my feet feel hot in them. Just not as comfortable as in the past I’m not sure if it’s me or the shoe. Not ready to give up on them yet!

Only one issue prevents me from giving this shoe 5 stars--the heels wear out long before the shoes do. While this is my favorite Brooks shoe in every other way and by far the most comfortable, it is the only pair of Brooks that has ever done this; therefore, I would not buy another Adrenaline GTS 21, which makes me so sad. I really hope Brooks fixes this issue.

I got these because they came in Extra-Wide and it looked like they had a good "toe spring". I needed both due to an ankle fusuon, spinal fixation and substantial orthotics. So far, I am still breaking them in, but I think they will actually work out for me. ( I have a very hard, time finding shoes that work).

With any shoe, find your brand, then you can find your fit. I'm usually an Asics gal, but I tried the Brooks because I really wanted a pair of dark blue sneakers for fall. There's something about the foot bed that is slightly off for me, but it's the fault of my foot, not of the shoe. So I had to return.

I ordered a size up to be sure I could fit my inserts in. They are true to size and sole is thick and protective. Shoes are comfortable and perfect for my needs.

I love the fact that the toe box is still super roomy in this new model but last years 20 model felt like it had more cushioning. I use them for running on the treadmill 90% and 10% on the road. Overall, Brooks running shoes are still my choice since switching three years ago from Asics’ Gel Nimbus.
