Perfect for running on my flat feet. I highly recommend these shoes for anyone needing additional arch support.

The shoes fit was 1/2 larger than expected. Fortunately Zappos had a smaller size in stock and as usual their staff was most accomodating.

Purchased as a Christmas gift for my dad. When asking him how the fit was he said ? feels like there?s a party in my shoes and all my toes are invited? lol great purchase

I bought these for my husband. I?ve never seen him so happy over a pair of running shoes before. He doesn?t need a lot of stability for his stride. He does have low arches, strikes with his heel and these shoes seem to be good for that. He?s worn brooks adrenaline for over 10 years. He said he could tell that there had been updates in the soles but said the changes made the shoe better. The only thing I was disappointed with is that the brooks site was running a promotion that if you bought a full price pair of shoes they?d include a pair of holiday themed running socks. I paid full price and never got the socks. It?s not a huge deal, just don?t make disingenuous offers.

I have been wearing Adrenaline?s for years and years! Every new model has been improved except the 21s. You went in reverse w these. The 20s were the best model. I will stick with the 20s and hope the 22s are better! I still love Brooks!!!

I just keep buying these and running so they must be good! I have been wearing Adrenaline since the 18, I was rotating with the Ghost but I appreciate the slightly added stability of the Adrenaline. The cushioning seems to have improved greatly over the years, it gives a smooth ride without being mushy and keeps my foot well aligned as I tend to supinate.

Love the shoe!! It is so durable and feels great on my feet. I probably wouldn?t buy the white color again if you plan on running on anything other than road, the Oklahoma red dirt didn?t mix well! Thanks Brooks!

Great quality, a little snugger with winter socks but may need to break in. Treads are great, nice upgrade but not as comfortable overall as 2020 model.

My Brooks Adrenaline GTS 21 shoes have great cushion and support. They are true to size and seem to be very durable. I am on my 2nd pair of Brooks and will continue to purchase in the future.

Living in Queens, New York, I spend most of my running days running on cement sidewalks peppered with short bursts on asphalt. Definitely not ideal for the body, especially one nearing 50. The Adrenaline GTS 21 is an even better version of an already wonderful running shoe for coping with these conditions. The extra cushioning helps keep soreness at bay so I can turn around and run again the next day, and, while I am not exactly sure what the GuideRails do, heel strikes feel more precise and better supported than the previous iteration of this great shoe. Thanks Brooks and keep up the great work!

Great mesh sneaker, but heel and sides were a little too rigid for me for running.

I run /walk 35miles per week. These shows are very comfortable. Shoes are very light weight and it might sound weird but it helped increase my speed without hurting my feet. Provides solids support to the heel and stabilizes the ankle. Shoe is very snug and the outer material has good give to it. I?d buy another pair if they had better colors. I have the black/white color which is the best one out of all options. Let?s see how these hold. My ASICS sole wore off within a month due to the shoe making my landing at angle I never had before. This shoes offers great soft and supportive landing. Highly recommend buying this shoe.

I am a neutral runner but was looking for a bit of stability. Great comfort with good support when needed. Comfortable right out of the box.

After the huge changes from the 18s to the 19s, the 21s are finally getting there, but they aren't quite there for me yet. Finally, the weight has gone down a tad (I still wish they were as light as the 18s were) and the heal-to-drop is no longer a cliff but more graduated. The shoe's upper is very comfortable, too. But after an hour of running in them, or when doing shorter higher-intensity runs (i.e. intervals/speed work), my forefoot is tired. It feels like there's zero padding under the forefoot because it's all under the heal. With a 12mm drop, I wish they'd lose a couple of mm at the back and push some of that padding toward the front of the shoe to distribute it a bit more. If you're a heal striker, then this shoe is definitely for you!

I’ve been wearing this model shoe for years. The front of the shoe is supposed to have a rigid band across the front. I tried 3 different pairs and each one had the band on only one shoe. The one that didn’t puckered when I walked.
Poor quality control by Brooks!
Luckily Zappos took them all back.

The Adrenaline GTS 21 is a big let down from previous models. The tongue has very little padding and is narrower than in previous GTSs. After about 2 weeks daily running (approximately 90 miles) these are now painful to run in or even walk in with tightened laces. As soon as they are tied tight enough to hold the shoe stable, the tongue edge seam cuts into my foot and the laces cut into the top of my foot when my foot flexes. I am returning these.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Ghost 13. Does not have the tongue problem.

Good shoe 4E. Needs more mesh like material between places and sole on outside of shoe near junction of heel/arch. Similar to the GTS 20. Are there more GTS20 in 4E other than the grey/royal blue one. Would like get one more pair of another color if available

I’ve been buying this shoe since 1999. Excellent all around running shoe. I’m a weekend warrior now but I have run everything from marathons and triathlons to fun runs in these and I’ve always been super comfortable in them. No blisters, aggravated knees/joints, etc.

I am not a runner, but I am a wogger. Wogging is a cross between walking and jogging. These shoes are welcomed by the bunions on both sides of my feet. So comfortable.
