Knew immediately upon taking out of box the shoes wouldn’t work . The insole wasn’t as soft . The discomfort was immediately felt at base of all toes . The drop in the shoe box is much larger than the GTS 20. Maybe this pair was simply defective ? Who knows. I have a history of fractures in 5 areas of the foot plus a torn Achilles from 15 years ago .
Very careful with shoes and want to continue pain free. These shoes did not allow. Removed from feet within 60 seconds . Sore for a few minutes afterwards.
The Zappos team is great at assisting with shipping issues too. That’s never a problem.
Thanks

I love the Adrenaline GTS line. My first was the 19, so I am a bit late to the game! Unfortunately, I have scrawny petite feet, and the Narrow B keeps getting wider and wider with every new release. I reluctantly switched to the 20. I even returned the 20, just to purchase another 19. After I wore those 19s out I gave the 20s another try. I simply laced my shoes a bit tighter and was able to achieve a great fit! I was very excited about the 21s. But again they are just flat out too wide. I try to lace them tighter, but that only makes parts of my feet ache during the run. So the result is painful feet AND a loose fit. I am going to give the women's line a try. I just purchase a size 12 in Women Adrenaline GTS 21 Narrow A and Regular fit. I honestly think the women's shoe looks better so I hope one of them works out. If not, I will have to stock up on all the men Adrenaline GTS 20s Narrow B I can afford. Please consider us guys with girth deficient feet. Am I the only one? Let us band together SLENDER FOOTED MEN!!

Very happy with the purchase, so much so that I ordered two more pairs in different colors the day after receiving them.

Best shoe I?ve ever worn. I?ve tried the Ghosts and some older models of the Adrenaline series but nothing compares to the GTS 21. I supinate and would get bad calf strains and a tight IT band after longer runs.. so bad to the point where it affected my everyday walking posture. I bought these shoes knowing about the guide rails hoping they would help. Boy, did they impress, on the first run I could tell such a difference. My calf?s aren?t nearly as bad and I?ve been able to push on the longer runs (7-10miles) without extreme calf pain or cramps. A+ and I support the change to the guide rails. Well done, Brooks. Very nice shoe.

This might be my favorite trainer. As an overpronator struggling with injuries, I tried Hoka?s before this. These trainers have the stability to keep you injury free and your gait smooth while simultaneously being light, responsive and comfortable. These trainers are spectacular for easy runs, long runs, and even some workouts like tempos and such. I also had the Adrenaline GTS 20, and they?re extremely comparable. This is just an updated and somewhat more responsive so far through almost 100 miles. Very strongly recommend.

These are not as comfortable as the GTS 20s. I will give them a couple of days and see how I like them.

I overpronate and the Adrenaline GTS has been my go to shoe for a very long time. The GTS is one of the few options for x wide foot and stability for over pronation. I am not a runner. I walk 2-4 miles 3-4 times a week and they have always been the right support that kept me from knee and hip pain. Not anymore. Brooks changed something in the GTS 21 and there is no pronation support. I walked 2 miles one day after I received them and noticed my knee hurting like when I had neutral shoes years ago but didn't think much about it until the next time a few days later when I barely made it back to the house after 3 miles because my knee and hip were in pain. I put on my GTS 20 to see if there was a noticeable difference in the way my foot and ankle moved and there is a visual difference in the pronation control of a worn out 20 vs brand new 21. Unfortunately I just returned the 21's and will not go back to Brooks until they actually perform as they are meant to. Why they felt the need to "fix" something that wasn't broken I will never understand!

Feel a slight bit slimmer than the GTS 20, but I've already put about 30 miles on em and they feel fine. I always feel like the color schemes on the adrenaline could be better, but these are better than my 18s and my 20s

I am not a runner I am however a overweight male Nurse. I researched shoes for months trying to find a good set to be on my feet all day with and these are hands down some of the best shoes I've ever owned. They got true to size and have helped dramatically with the pain in my knees and ankles. Will definitely be ordering another pair in the future.

Very thankful for the comfort and widewidth. I have a flat and wide foot and this works excellent for me.

I started buying the Brooks shoes was the Ghost 10. I then tried the Adrenaline 19, that was a wonderful shoe. The 20?s were a little better, now to the 21?s. These are so comfortable, the best shoe I?ve ever wore. I?ve been running/walking for 40 years, I don?t think I?ll buy a different shoe than the Adrenaline shoes. Just a great fit, they feel like clouds on your feet. I usually buy 3-4 pair of shoes a year, I walk/run around 200 miles a month.

Great fit, comfort and style! I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are comfortably soft yet firm at the same time. I have owned several pairs of Brooks shoes, and the quality can't be beat. I highly recommend.

Love the shoes, however, never have I ever had a pair of sneakers smell so bad...not sure what makes these shoes do that to my feet, but never had an issue before...

Fit and feel of these shoes is quite good. I'm a person who has always been frustrated by how ugly most running shoes are (why are they always neon colors?) and these are not bad looking (I bought the black on black model). My only criticism: I use these for running on pavement and they are, at least initially, quite slick. My first run in these was on dry pavement, but it was a bit older and smoothed over by time and the gradual accumulation of oil from cars. The shoes were a bit slippery, though I didn't fall. Perhaps as they wear over time they'll become a big more grippy. Overall, these are great shoes.

I really like the cushion and support of these shoes. I had taken years off from running due to recurrent injury. These shoes have helped me to get back to it. 6 months in without injury so far. It?s a great feeling! Thank you, Brooks!

This is my third pair of Adrenaline shoes. My first pair was the 19. I bought the Adrenaline 20 when it came out. I love the Adrenaline 21 so far. I'm a bigger guy and this shoe gives me the support I need and doesn't compromise on comfort. I started buying Brooks Adrenaline when I became more serious about walking and exercising. They have provided me with hundreds of miles of walking, and running comfort and support and haven't failed me yet. I the guide rails in the 21 have been improved, which makes me even more of a fan of the shoes.

Great shoes!......EXCEPT for one thing......The DROP IS TOO HIGH!!
I love the Adrenaline GTS line (have worn 19s, 20s, and now the 21), but have found that the 12mm drop is too much now that my running form has improved. I run in a variety of drops (Hyperion Tempo, Hoka Carbon X, Brooks Asteria, Hyperion Elite 2, Karhu Ionic Ortix, Salomon SLab Trail Shoes) and now I feel the heel getting in the way on the GTS. This shoe would be PERFECT with a 10mm drop. PLEASE BROOKS! Lower the drop 2mm and I will buy 10 pair of these shoes!
