As support shoes go this is the best I've run in. The guide rails do help my feet stay in line. An extra bonus for me is the wide toe box on the D size. I have regular width feet but for some reason my forefoot spreads out a little so I welcome the toe box. I recommend them.

I had bilateral knee replacement surgery on December 14th., 2020. And I'm a Nike man all the way, however these are the best shoes. I have flat feet too, and I'm walking daily not running. These shoes are the best for walking, really appreciate how comfortable they are and the super fit! I love these shoes and thinking about buying another pair for my return to work. Take my word... these are the best for your feet!

Awesome feel and fit. They are a little more orange than red, but very cool.

We are seniors who walk, not runners. I have had a case if planters fascias and these shoes have really helped as I now have almost zero pain. We had ordered other shoes before these and had to send them back as they didn't work for my wife and I. Love them thus far.

They work to help my foot deal with Plaintar Fasciitis.

Wow, what an improvement over my GTS Seventeens. I'm an older rapid walker with very flat size 14 feet. I'm definitely walking further and faster since I no longer feel ankle soreness after a few miles. I like the GTS 21's so much I bought a second pair

Love these shoes, always have since the adrenaline 1. Light, nice fit but also goves me the support i need on training runs.

Appreciate the cushioning and support. Average around 25-30 miles per week.

Excellent fit. Very comfortable. It had Transcend 4 previous. That is the best fitting shoe that I ever owned.

I?m a die hard brooks fan, breaks my heart to rate 3 star rating... however, the shoes just have a tight fit , I prefer the previous adrenaline shoes. Don?t misunderstand me, brooks still rules.

Best running shoes I?ve ever owned

Have been running in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS since the 15 model. Skipped the 20 after liking the 19 so well. Have about 20 miles on the 21 now and very happy. At first had a little stiffness in the side ankle area. But after a few runs and a little break in they feel and perform great! Definitely my go to shoe for training runs. Very comfortable, supportive and feel light. Brooks and the Adrenaline line has been my shoe of choice for the past six years. Strayed a couple of times to ASICS and Hoka but went right back to Brooks and the Adrenaline. Thanks for making a great shoe!!!!

Love these shoes! New construction of the tongue of the shoe helps stop it from slipping. Very comfortable and immediately alleviated my foot pain
