have only had the shoes for 2 weeks, but so far very enjoyable. Fit like a glove and very supportive.

I've been wearing Adrenalines for 10 years now I think and I absolutely love the 21s in this color. I couldn't find the color and size I needed in stock anywhere else, but was able to get them on Brooks website and had to have them. They look great and are perfect for a larger runner like me!

Very supportive. Better than the 20's in my opinion.

If you buy running shoes always get expert advice from a person so that you understand what your needs are. Shoes are designed with more or less support and designed specifically for how your foot strikes the ground as you run. Do your body a favor and understand your needs. Don't just purchase a shoe based on price or color. This model Brooks fits well and works well for me.

A bit stiffer then the 19s but getting better with each mile Only 40 or so miles in , on these, so far

Comfortable and attractive. One complaint. The shoes smell. Not sure if these were worn and returned and then sent to me as a new purchase. I've never had smelly feet or shoes. Please send new inserts to see if that helps.

Only shoe I buy...just wish there were more color options bc sometimes end up buying same pair?

I started with an earlier version of these shoes which eliminated a pain I felt after walking for a distance on a hard surface. This line of shoes solved the problem and I have not needed to change.

I purchased these for my 67 year old dad. He picked back up walking in an effort to take better care of himself and was wearing a pair of worn out sneakers. My dad used to jog daily when I was a youngster, so seeing him comfortable with a ?spring in his step? (as he says) reassured that I made the right decision. He also has slight deformities to his toes from having to wear shoes that were too small for him as a growing boy so immediately he noticed how supportive and non-irritating these shoes are to his feet. The color combination and overall appearance isn?t overly flashy for someone his age, nor do these shoes scream ?old man?. This was one of the top selling points for my decision. He says they don?t require extra cushioning and hold up extremely well for each of his 4-mile walks. I?m glad I decided to purchase his usual shoe size of 9 versus the 9.5 like I read to do some places for they would have been too big. Thanks Brooks for creating happy history through this shoe!

These are great shoes. I have arthritic damage to my big toe which I have had surgically repaired. I?m counting the miles until I have to have it fused. These are the only shoes where I don?t feel pain

Great when I?m on the treadmill. I use them 4 times a week while at the gym. As soon as I find my Brooks account, I?ll order the Walking shoes for hiking trails

Seems like a nice improvement over the 20's. The forefoot seems a little more cushioned and the transition through the stride is smoother. I wore Cascadia's this winter the additional cush of the Adrenaline is nice.

I have used the GTS for years now. I walk between 5-8 miles per day and the 21's are like walking on a pillow. The 20's tended to bother my outer foot and small toes as the shoe wore quickly. The updated guard rails of the 21 provide better stability than the previous two gens pf the GTS. I bought two more pairs as the wear on the shoe is moderate for the number of miles I walk. Once again, very satisfied with the GTS and like the upgrades to the 21.

They?re quite amazing. I really enjoy that my feet don?t hurt anymore when I?m walking and running. Even after taking them off in the evening I?ve noticed quite the change in my ankles and the plantor fasciitis in my right foot hasn?t been bothering me in the middle of the night.

Great fit really comfortable.

Just received a pair of Adrenaline 21s (8 2E) after having wore out a pair of 19s. Amazing positive difference! The change in cushioning is truly noticeable when first trying them on. Very similar to the Ghost 13 in feel but with support from the Guiderails. I hope Brooks continues to make the Adrenaline with this plush fit!!

Best pair of shoes ever, it feels like walking on top of clouds!

I like the sturdy rim around the ankle; expect to last well. Don't like that the inner lining of the shoe is not stitched to the shoe all the way around; don't expect it to last well. Comfortable run. Good fit.

Feels great when running. Shoe sizing seems to run longer than the Adrenaline GTS 20, though the width feels the same.

Great shoe. Max comfort. Not more plantar fasciitis pain.
