Every year I put my Brooks through 2700 to 3000 miles, and they are wonderful on my feet. I replace my shoes annually. I couldn?t do those miles without Brooks!

I noticed a fraying of material on the back of heel on my last pair of Brooks and I was a bit concerned because I had signed up for my first 5K in fifteen years and it was a week away (I am 57 years old). Out of curiosity, I checked the run tracker on my phone and I had run over 536 miles on that particular pair. I placed an order for the Adrenaline GTS 21's and received them two days before the race. No issues, despite only running five miles in them before the race. I had great run and these shoes fit perfectly. I occasionally try other brands, but I always come back to Brooks.

4 out of 5.. let?s get the bad out of the way first. Just whenever I think that laces cannot get worse you haven?t let me down. These are terrible. I?m taking a set of laces off of my old glycerin 16?s that are still in fantastic shape and swapping them out. Laces cannot be expensive but are very important to the overall quality of the shoe! On both shoes the inner big toe areas are breaking down. Internal not external. Now the good stuff?I really like the color scheme it turned out well. That being said, they are pretty comfortable during my workout, but not great. Material breakdown and laces prevents the 5 stars possible knocked down to 4.
