It took many "trys" before finally finding Brooks Ghost 13. Thank goodness Zappos does a great job allowing returns! The size, 8.5. and width, W, were perfect. From the moment I put them on they were comfortable. Not a runner but a walker doing 10,000 steps+ a day and for an eighty+ year old think that says a lot. Comfort, fit and style will be purchasing another pair. Highly recommend.

I've worn these shoes for over 2 weeks and developed a blister one of my larger foot's toes. I've determined that they are about 1/2 size too short as acknowledged by many reviews. The medium width seems to be true to size and the support for my high arch supination is noticeably effective. Overall I love this shoe. It is comfortable and looks really good on my feet considering the large size 11 I wear. I am so pleased with the Zappos return policy that allows me a 30-day wear and return policy. I may try the 11 1/2 medium next but I'm trying the Hoka Bondi 7 first as it seems to be even wider and longer than the Brooks Ghost 13 and has the same reputation for high arch support and help with related foot problems.

My second pair of Brooks Ghost 13. My favorite running shoe. A very springy ride, good support. a light sneaker, feels like running on air. Wish they had more colors to choose from. And a tab on back would be helpful when donning these sneakers. You dont ever want a crease to develope on the back of the shoe, as even a small crease can cause blisters. Unless you unlace the entire sneaker, to don them; you risk creating a crease, as you cram them on.... Otherwise, this sneaker beats out all the New balance I've tried. Hope they don't mess with this style. Just put a tab on the back.

I have always worn an 8.5 in sneakers, and these are no exception. I sized up to 9 based on the reviews, but they were definitely too long! I exchanged them for the 8.5's, which seemed a little short at first but stretched to fit perfectly after wearing them a few times. I do always replace the insoles with orthotics, which fit nicely in these sneakers. And I love the color choices this year!

Great, simple shoes for running or walking. My go-tos. Never disappointed.

I wanted to love these because I love the look of them - they are my favorite color combo. However, when shoes don’t hit my arches correctly, my feet tell me right away. These were simply not meant to fit my foot. My toes started tingling, my ankles didn’t feel supported, and my feet grew tired within about 15 minutes of trying them on at home. I am disappointed because multiple sources recommended the Brooks Ghost as one of the best athletic shoes for walking. :-/

The fit and size are fine. I have another Brooks Ghost shoe and it has been perfect. Needing width at the toes though having a slender foot, fit is difficult. So I wanted a fresh identical shoe but in a different color. There weren't many Ghost shoes that fit my autumn coloring. I finally picked the closest I could find (grey, navy, parasailing), but it has too much white and not enough saturated green color to really suit me. The manufacturers should find colors that work for all seasons for those who dress according to their "colors."

I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for a long time. These sneakers are perfect for me, I commute via subway everyday and they help my feet withstand the constant pavement pounding. They are not the cutest sneakers I ever owned, but they get the job done! I am pain free since wearing these to work.

These are my most favorite shoes . I have had several pairs of Brooks & I just love the quality of this product.

I have wide feet, and this was a great W option for me. I get great support, and shoes look and feel good. Very happy with this purchase!
