Personally, I love Brooks. I usually wear medium width although my foot is slightly narrow. These fit great!

Love the 13s! They are lighter & wider in the toe box than the previous iteration. Had an amazing run in them right out of the box.

I've worn Ghosts for years for my daily 6+ mile power walks. Ghost 11s were great, and Ghost 12s did not work for me at all, so I was thrilled when 13s came out. WOW! The added cushioning in the front of these babies makes a huge difference in eliminating the feel of all the bumps in the pavement without being mushy. I ordered two pairs in my regular Ghost 11 size 9 because I wasn't sure which color I liked, and am not excited about either one. The Black/Pearl/Hushed Violet is not black at all (it's grey) and the pearl/hushed violet sole just looks like off white in most lighting. The Light Blue/Blackened Pear/White is a boring light blue shoe that makes me think of New Balance dad shoes for some reason. The laces are super wimpy and so long that they kept hitting me in the shin as I was walking. It took a few tries to knot them up enough to stop that. But, I'm keeping the dark grey ones because at the end of the day, it's how my feet feel and I could not be happier about that! Note to Brooks: please offer some additional colors that are not muted besides the Florida Gator blue/orange ones! Zappos: I tried to upload a photo, and it kept getting flagged for it being too large when the image was less than 1MB.

I have been wearing brooks ghosts for several years now. They have been wonderful - soft, comfortable, attractive. The Ghost 13 is the most comfortable yet...really excellent cushioning and a softer mesh...I love the feel and the fit. Unfortunately, the colors are horrible, especially in wide. Dreary, dull and ugly. The 12s had such pretty colors...What happened Brooks? Could we possibly get some more attractive colors in wide? In general? I will still wear the new ghosts because of the superb construction and comfort, but I am so disappointed in the appearance of the shoe.

They're perfect! Ordered half size up from my normal shoe size. Medium width has a very comfortable toe box plus excellent cushion, arch support and made of soft material. Very light weight.

This is my fourth pair of Ghosts and I really like them. They fit true to size—I didn’t have to size up like I did for the Ghost 10’s. They looked black on the screen, but the color is actually more like a dark charcoal gray.

I didn't notice much difference with this new model; so I am pleased overall.
