The appearance is my reason for returning. The shoe flares out on each side by the ball of the foot, making it look like flippers for scuba diving or maybe resembling Donald Duck.

Sole was lumpy!

I did not like the over all look when I got them, and the laces were too thick

I loved my Ghost 10, but these fit very different. My big toe rubbed against the side and these felt more narrow.

Decent sneaker, just not what I was looking for.

I had to exchange my original purchase for a 1/2 size larger. That larger size, while it does fit, just does not feel supportive and comfortable to me.

The shoe was too wide and too long by probably a half size.

These shoes are the most comfortable walking shoes I have owned in a while. Just sad to see that they are made in China. Im going to keep them, but will be in the market for a new shoe made in the USA.

I am an amateur runner (about 12 miles per week) and I’ve been wearing Brooks for the past 4 or so years. The Ghost has been a great neutral shoe. It’s not too heavy and still supportive. I’ve had planter fasciitis in the past but not since running in Brooks. I wanted to like this shoe SO BADLY. Unfortunately, they were not a good fit for me. Ghost 13’s seem to have a much higher arch than the 12 and the heel was way to big for me. After running in them 3 times I had to return. I hope the Ghost goes back to being a more neutral shoe. Zappos’ generous return policy is much appreciated and I will buy from them again!

I wanted to love it. It's light and airy, the style is nice. Toe box a bit too roomy for my medium width feet. And zero arch support unfortunately. My feet were hurting just from walking 1/2 mile. I tried them a couple times.

I really want to love these shoes. They have such a nice cushion and my feet feel so supported, but I have an issue with my left shoe dimpling. For some reason the fabric at the toe pulls and it puts pressure on my toes in certain spots. This is soooooo annoying while walking and doing workouts. I chatted with someone from zappos and Brooks. Zappos said it's probably a defect since it's just on one foot and sent me a new pair. Brooks said the shoe was probably too wide (but it's not happening to my right foot so I don't know that I fully believe the person from Brooks) so I ordered a regular width to try and they didn't fit well. I looked through reviews and it looks like others have this issue with this in the same color I ordered so maybe it is a defect? Just for reference, I am a size 10.5 (I went to a store and got measured just so I would be sure of the size to order) and have a somewhat wide foot so that's the size I ordered. I tried the 11, 11 wide and 10.5 -- the 10.5 wide feels the best on my foot by far. I am debating just keeping them and dealing with the issue. I am going to give it a few workouts and walks to see how severe it gets compared to the first pair I tried.

Am I the only one who loves these shoes for comfort but isn't able to wear them because the tongue is to long??? It continually hits my leg :(

The right shoe looked defective coming way below my ankle compared to the left. Also - too much room in the toe box for me.
