I went with a wide and it was wide enough, my usual size 7.5 worked as well, but for that amount of money, I needed more arch support

Softer than the 12's, but not as supportive. Very comfortable shoe.

I wear 5.5 narrow in non-athletic shoes and generally order 6 narrow in athletic shoes, as I did with this pair. Initially, I thought the toe box was too roomy (compared to the New Balance shoes I had been wearing). However, after wearing them multiple times for fitness walking, I am happy with the fit. No pain in my knees after wearing these shoes - they really do absorb more impact than my older NB shoes. Available colors were limited in my size when I purchased these, and I probably would prefer a different color (I have the Black/Pearl/Hushed Violet) but I'm keeping them.

I wanted love his shoe, but it didn't seem to have much arch support for my flat foot! It felt true to size and a nice wide toe bed.

These shoes felt really comfortable when I first put them on, but they are rubbing a corn on my little toe and a really sore spot on the side of my foot where people usually get bunions. I cannot wear these shoes. I’m very disappointed. The Brooks Ghost shoes used to be one of my favorites. This is only happening one one foot so it is not the fit. There is something wrong with the left shoe.

I have purchase Brooks shoes for many years. Shoes are very comfortable but I realized i need a D width so I exchanged for the 8D and they are perfect. Thank you Zappos, your purchase and return polices are outstanding.

i have preferred Brooks running shoes for years. these are uncomfortable and need more padding in the tongue and the sides of the heel. The older shoes were great. very disappointed,

I had read previous reviews so I sized up, I had to return and get my normal size. I am a size 7.5M, with a higher than normal instep. These shoes fit me perfectly! I love the overall support and comfort. I was having issues with my knee and after switching to these shoes, I can walk 3 miles a day without any issues.

So very comfy right out of the box. Love them. I usually have to go a half size bigger with Brooks, but it's no issue. I really loved the Ghost 12 even more than this; but the size/color was no longer available. Brooks are the only athletic shoes I've worn for years. Only issue - and it's minor - with Ghosts is that the laces are way too long. Even with thick socks, I'd never need all that length. Time consuming to tuck them under.

Very true to size as Ghost 13 always is. Very supportive sneaker. Feels great as soon as you put this on.

I usually buy 9/12 so i did this time when i order however I should have tried a 9. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

The laces on these shoes are so poorly made, they come untied every time I exercise. Furthermore the red on the bottom of the shoe deteriorates quickly. I would not recommend these

Overall, the comfort is exactly what I need and the style is amazing. Out with the old saying fashion over function because these have both!!

I really liked the style and fit of these sneakers. They are light and comfortable. I’m not a fan of the laces, which feel a little cheap to me. And I wish the insole was darker color as I worry it will get dirty.

The Brooks Ghost 13 was a perfect fit for me. I will be using it for running, it is comfortable and still firm on my foot. I have purchased Brooks before and will purchase them again.

Sneakers fit like a glove and are extremely comfortable. Excellent for brisk walks.

I purchased the gray & purple & waz fine. However, I ordered the black & hushed violet & fit & colir was off. They are dark charcoal, not black & there is no lite violet color. The sole looks an off white no matter the lighting you view it in. Also, the toe in this darker color has more of a pointy shape verses the gray & purple. Fit was off on darker ones. The gray & purple was perfect, but I returned the black (dark charcoal & violet ). Color description NOT accurate. I don't know how the color can affect the fit of a shoe thats in the same model & size ??? Disappointed, as that color scheme sounded so nice.
