I have rheumatoid arthritis, complete with some bent toes. Trying to find shoes that fit and don't make my feet hurt has been extremely challenging. In the last 6 months I have tried on 33 pairs of shoes. I'd been wearing a nasty pair of Skechers with holes on top, for months! The Ghosts felt good right out of the box. I was sure it was too good to be true. I wore them to Yoga yesterday and to the gym for a hard 90 minute workout today and had no issues. They also accommodate my orthotics perfectly. I plan on buying a couple more pair in other colors because I KNOW that Brooks will change them at some point, and I'll have to start over. So thank you Brooks and thank you Zappos!

Comfortable!

I have owned numerous pairs of Brooks sneakers, but this latest version gets a thumbs down. A weird inward fold developed on the outside edge of the toe area on both shoes - they even made a snapping noise as I walked around. The fold then pressed on my toes (not painful, just annoying). I noticed another reviewer reported the exact same thing. It seems like a design flaw, which is very unfortunate for this otherwise excellent brand. Not what I expect from Brooks.

I am a nurse and wear my Ghost 13s to work. They have great arch support and cushion for spending most of the day on my feet. These shoes are the best!

I’ve been wear this brand and style for several years. They fit true to size. Since I wear orthotics, I can’t comment on the arch support. Unfortunately, if you do a lot of walking or running, they seem to wear out quickly. But, I like them, so I continue to buy them.
