The fit and size was true. I usually wear 8 in shoes so ordered 8.5M and they are perfect. I almost gave 5 stars for overall but as I have no arch I had to insert arch supports for comfort. And it seems my problem I was having with New Balance is now gone. My second toe was bumping the front of the shoe but no longer. I would recommend this brand and I will order again. I walk (not run) in these shoes.

I absolutely love this shoe. I ordered a half-size larger than normal based on recommendations. The fit was still small, so I exchanged for a half-size larger (10.5 instead of my usual 9 to 9.5). Zappos is AMAZING! Within three days, I received the first order, tried in on, returned it free-of-charge, and had my new pair of shoes. Love your customer service, and I love my Brooks Ghost 13. Thank you!

I wanted to love these. Like REALLY wanted to. Sadly, they felt as comfortable to me as concrete soles. My arch also didn’t line up with the arch support and it struck in a weird place, despite the shoes being the correct size. I am sending back, sad, and probably just getting another pair of Hokas.

Historically I was not a fan of the styles, colors and design of Brooks shoes. But these are 100% a winner. Super comfortable. I try to walk 15,000 steps a day and these shoes make my feet very happy. Plan to purchase another pair.

I tried the Adrenaline -- but I have high arches and that version was very uncomfortable. The Ghost 13 pair is working great -- I am 65+ and walking -- not running.

I am disappointed that the toe box has been narrowed as was done with Glycerin. I had to reorder a half size larger. I notice small changes that gradually cheapen the shoes (including the quality of laces). I walk several miles a day and depend on Brooks for cushioning and support (I purchase two pair a year). I have worn and loved Brooks for years. Please hold the line on quality.

These are easily my favorite pair of running shoes ever! I will be ordering them in multiple colors. True to size/width. Great cushioning. Great arch support. Super comfy right out of the box - no breaking in period needed. I have high arches and tend to underpronate a bit, and these are perfect!

Absolutely divine comfort. No more shin or ankle pain while running. I used to wear Asics, and I would suffer from leg pain (even on the treadmill). These have been an absolute delight?provides enough arch support without being heavy or cumbersome.
