Absolutely love these shoes. They feel like you?re walking on clouds. I had Achilles? tendon surgery, developed plantar fasciitis afterwards post surgery and these have been the best shoes. Tons of support and cushion. I?m a nurse and these are my favorite!!

I used to love the ghost model but as I've aged it no longer feels supportive enough so I ended up choosing the Adrenaline 21 shoes and love the support and fit. Definitely size up one full size and add a good orthodic which I got from my Orthopaedic. Very comfy!

As an ER nurse I am constantly moving. These shoes provide the heel support and comfort I need. This is my 6th pair of brooks and they don?t disappoint. I give them 4 stars in hopes that you never stop trying to achieve the perfect shoe.......

I have arthritic knees and was looking for a sneaker that provided enough cushion so I could walk/run and do aerobic workouts with out my knees becoming inflamed. I love that this shoe provides stability and is very comfortable. I found that walking/running in this shoe comfortable. My only problem with the shoe is that there is too much room I. The toe bed for me and so when I run I feel my feet move to much. I?ve tried tightening the laces and it helps a little but it?s annoying. I do love to wear these shoes for errands and when doing resistance workouts.

Incredibly comfortable shoe if you are on your feet for several hours a day! Definitely buy a half size larger than you normally wear, but knowing that the fit was perfect!

These shoes are great! They are so comfortable and made me realize it had been way too long since I bought a new pair. I love Brooks Ghost shoes!!! Delivery is also ALWAYS so wonderful/quick.
I'd also recommend:
Haven't tried any other athletic shoes.

Before you buy, just know that Zappos' recommended size for you may be off. I'm a true size 6, but have ordered wide-size shoes before because I need a larger toe-box. Zappos recommended a 6.5 for me, which is a totally valid suggestion for an athletic shoe and particularly one I'm ordering in a normal width. It was however, entirely too large all over the place - too wide on the toes and too much space in the toes and the heel and my foot was left sliding around unsupported.
The size 6 I exchanged it for is perfect. As other folks have suggested the toe box is rather wide and fits me well, accounting for the fact that your toes will need a little more breathing room after pounding the payment for a couple of miles.

Light, great cushioning, the tongue has changed and is much better than the 12. Almost gave up on Ghost after the 12 but the 13 has restored my faith.
