Fit true to size. These are perfect for running on days when the temps are in the low 40s/high 30s. Doesn't really work for other temps as it gets too warm or too cold. If it's really cold (less than 15 F) you could use these as a base layer.

These are the warmest affordable running tights out there. I love them and wish I could find them in stock to buy more. They’re good for roughly 30deg F +/- 10 degrees but not much colder. Super soft and cozy, seriously the best. Sized the same as other Nike tights
