They are cut real narrow and hurt my little toe badly. I would like to return them but I do not have any packing or order information , Can you help?

Very disappointed. I've been buying these trainers for more than 25 years as I have pain in my feet and they have been comfortable with arch support and shock absorbing insoles. These latest ones look the same on the online shop photo but have cheap flat, hard non supporting insoles with no arch support at all. Advertised as moulded insoles but they're just flat like any cheap pair of trainers. Really hard leather now too, not going to soften easily. Poorer quality than previous Classics I bought.

Terribly disappointed. Purchased these sneakers for my son for Christmas. Reebok left the magnetic anti-theft tag on it, so now I'll have to ship them back.

I have ordered the same size for years. I have at least 8 pairs of Reeboks, all the same size, all fitting well. This time, the size is different, the shoes fit differently, they are not at all comfortable, and I am upset. Why the change, when everything was working so well?

It says "HAIR" in black lettering, on the back of the shoe. When I received them I couldn't believe it. So, I want back and looked back at the product photos. And, it's there but barely. Cleverly photographed to look like 'AIR' with the H turned away and hidden in reflection. Differently obscured in each color way. Just dumb.

Toe box never felt right and ball of foot was uncomfortable. Should have returned right away but bought a different style that was great so I thought I should give the Classic a chance. Tried a couple of different insoles thinking that might be the fix but ultimately found that no matter the insole or how I laced up the shoe or what type of sock the shoe just sucked. Hey, maybe its just not right for my foot. But if you buy a pair if you don't feel good from the first moment box 'em up and send them back asap. Don't think the feel will improve, its not going to happen. Also, the added bling was ridiculous.

I ordered trainers that looked and were described as white and red but in actual fact they were cream and pink and not the colours I was expecting. I did not like the colour

If you've bought a pair before 2020 it's easy to tell they've changed the design. Smaller, narrower, less padding / cushioning overall. It's a cheaper shoe to make I guess. I have a pair from 2018 that are still more comfortable than these even after being beaten up. Please go back to the og design Reebok

I was very disappointed w/these because the quality of the leather on these is wonderful and very soft (like back in the day). Unfortunately, they are too narrow, which is strange because all of the other Classic Leathers I have all fit the same and fit comfortably. Real bummer because I really love how these look too and going up half a size will probably be too big.

I have these shoes in all white and they fit much better.

Cheap awful no comfort shoe that used to be high quality and support my feet well for over 30 years.....since you decided to be cheap...you have lost a customer....never again!

I ordered size 13 . Normaly 12 or 12.5 would fit but wanted to be sure not to get to small as I needed them for a special occasion. You sent me size 11.5. I gave them away. Have bought a lot of sneakers from reabock. but dont know if I will buy another pair.

Tried returning my shoes because they were too big but I wasn't able to because the website didn't let me

I bought a pair of classic women shoes and the materials inside the shoe deteriorated very quickly. I have had the shoe less than 6 months. Reebok need to improve quality or materials they use to manufacture the shoes.

Very disappointed with the Classic Leather shoes. Have bought these in the past and they were always a perfect fit. Had to send them back as they were too constricting in the toes and one shoe slipped off the back of my heel. And no, my feet haven't changed shape.

I have been wearing these for years! I use to always get an 8 1/2 (women's) but I got a 9 this time and they were really tight on my feet. So I'd recommend going up at least a half size

Not comfortable, too flat, no support . Good looking shoe, just not comfortable to wear for more than 4 hours.

I wear these shoes everyday just walking. Three months in and the insides touching the ankle had torn, which is odd because I religiously use my shoe horn. Then at four months I started hearing this pop sound coming from the bottom of the right shoe. I just wouldn't waste the money anymore on Reebok products. The same thing happened with my first pair. You figure a pair of shoes for walking would last longer than 5 months, and I've noticed more holes on the inside. I am mostly disappointed about this popping sound. I get keep thinking its a tac.

Cheep insole I have sent away for BC z quality replacement 11.5 size should have a wider fitting all in all very uncomfortable .and I've worn Reebok for forty years ,I've had much better I'd like to rdgurn them please

Did not like the sole. The shoe made crunch and crackling noise as I walked.

I do not believe that these sneakers are geniune leather. They feel like a synthetic material that is not soft or comforable at all. The quality of Reebok classic leather sneakers sure has changed over the years.

I have always order this shoe for the past 20 years or more. When I got my shoes I tried them on and the backs were too low and my heel walked right of the shoe and my toes were too tight. The bottoms were plastic type of material. Not comfortable so I had to send them back. Looking elsewhere or for another brand.
