The Columbia boys Rugged Ridge jacket is so soft and so warm - I thought my grandson, who refuses to wear jackets, was going to wear his new Columbia Boys Rugged Ridge jacket to bed. He now wears a jacket everywhere - thanks to Columbia!! Thank you Columbia....

Love this jacket my son says its super warm and soft. He chooses it over his other jackets he has every time.

The body of the jacket fits wonderfully but the sleeves are a little to big. Other than that an excellent jacket to keep warm in and holds heat well.

It's nice and warm. I'm afraid it's probably going to be a pain to wash.

Our family is one big Columbia fan club and usually we are more than pleased with any products we've purchased. However,this particular jackets fails miserably. It is poorly made, thin and oddly sized. The sleeves are way off in c0mparison with the other measurements and hang well below my sons hands. The stitching in parts shows through and the warmth of it is nominal. We won't be returning it since my son loves it due to the camo design and it's a perfect lounging jacket for indoors when he's attending virtual school. There have been several other pieces we've returned recently due to inferior workmanship and sizing so perhaps it's time to look at other not so mainstream and super mass produced lines. Seems QC went away with Gert. Pity.
