These are great for squatting. I feel like the toe box has a little bit more room than other popular lifting shoes like the adidas ones. The sole is very wide and flat. You really feel locked in. I would buy these again if something happened to mine.

They look and feel great. I would highly recommend these shoes. Go a half size down as they run a half size big.

The shoes definitely helped with stability while lifting. I would say to be careful with the laces as they do not like Velcro. They will begin to fray if you let them flop on the stick side of the Velcro. It did take a minute to get used to them, but that was to be expected as they are different than regular shoes. They are now very comfortable to wear. They did improve my lifts.

For me the Legacy Lifter 2 made small design changes that made a big impact. The Velcro strap helps secure the foot for an overall better fit. I feel planted and stable to the ground.
