I have good and bad to my purchase I bought a size 5k and a size 6k on black Friday My purchase never came. So boxing day they were on sale again I bought again the size 5k and 6k because they were on sale again and while ugg was dealing with my first case. Here is the story the boots are very comfortable love them would definitely buy again but...did not get my money back for the first order, I am out over $200 a little disappointed. Thought it took over a month i should get the boots on sale since it was a gift for my daughter for Christmas and mind you she loves them. That's my story. For comfort and style they are great but please do not leave the shoes outside my door next time.

Great to have and wear

Initially I got a size 6, way too big, so I exchanged for a 5. For some reason the left side feels much narrow than the right, and not as roomy as I thought they would be. I wear a womens size 8 so a 6 always fits but at times the cut is different so its not always the best fit
