This was my holy grail purchase over the winter sale back in December! I wore this to Hokkaido and this coat kept me warm from the high 10's to low 20's (with proper layering of course). Right now in the States, it is still raining at the high 40's, and the jacket is equally suitable for such weather. I enjoy the amount of pockets and the fleece lining at the neck. Based on my measurements, over S fits the best, but M may be more comfortable if you anticipate extra thick layering. The only caveat I can think of is that the hood has short coverage if you remove the faux fur, so I recommend just keep it on unless it's to wash. The jacket is also on the poofier side, but it's a winter jacket after all.

Love this jacket for flattening design, gorgeous Royal blue, and how warm it has kept me through exercise in chilly wind under 32F! The only downside is the weight. This is a very well-made high quality jacket and the weight tells. I only find it burdensome doing the laundry but this does not bother me as I realize it has kept me extremely toasty, which the other jackets can't hold a candle to. In the pictures I pair with Columbia's Minx Shorty boots. They go perfectly from top to bottom! Highly recommend!

If feel like there is plenty of room with the large across my shoulders /chest and more fitted around the hips. I got the blue but wanted the Malbec. I'm going to wear it primarily for walking my dog in rainy Seattle. First test run tomorrow.

Normally I am S/M, but M fits great. Not bulky but warm. And nice colour also.

This jacket is oerfect for the Wisconsin winter. I bought ut as a gift for my sister and she absokuteky loves it. It keeps her warm when she is outside playing with her kids or even just getting in an overnight chilled car. It hit all the target areas of wartm, length, waterproof, and of course overall style.

This is a beautiful warm coat. It is not too thin nor too thick. Material feels durable. I needed this coat for the New York and Germany wether. I am 5'2 and the coat was not too long on me.

I own two! I LOVE this coat! One thing I enjoy about the winter! I enjoy the deep and plentiful pockets on this coat. The length of this coat really helps block the wind below the waistline! Weight wise it is not too heavy and allows me to move around with ease!

I love this coat. I especially like the attached sweater sleeves around the wrists and the fleece part around the neck. As for the fit, this fits nothing like other Columbia coats I've tried much more true to size. I'm 5'7" and 160 lbs. and wearing M.

I absolutely LOVE this coat! The length is long enough to keep me warm on my walks. There are so many pockets and cuffs on the sleeve to keep my hands warm. I chose the blue color and it is a beautiful blue. It is super warm, perfect for Midwest Winters.

Ordered for a trip to subarctic to view northern lights. The jacket is warm for extreme cold yet light in weight for light hiking, walking, standing around. Size was true, I wear a size 12 and ordered a large which fits well. The longer hemline provides excellent coverage to bottom and thighs to keep them toasty. Lots of usable pockets and hood is roomy to fit over hat and protect from wind.

Great length. Nice and warm even at 10 degrees and windy. Like the half belt to give the coat shape.

LOVE this jacket. Beautiful blue color, nice and long, very warm, and love the pockets. Silhouette is also flattering. Opted for the Icelandite over the Suttle for the pockets alone... this one has vertical zip pockets for your hands, which fees necessary in Midwest winters. For reference, I'm 6'1" and about 170lbs. I wear medium in most tops but always get large in Columbia jackets. The L fits great with a sweatshirt on, but it is a little tight in around the armpits, which is surprising. None of my other Columbia L coats have been / are that way.

This jacket is very comfortable, lightweight and warm.I love Columbia for an affordable price and excellent quality.

I am always cold. It really keeps you warm. It does not hold water on its surface. long. actually exactly as it looks in the picture. Firstly i ordered a size M. I am 167 cm tall and weigh 60 kg. it came big. Size S is perfect, you can even wear thick sweaters in coat. I can easily walk outside, especially on menstrual days.
