Extremely poor representation of the quality from you. Wearing this boot and using an umbrella, my foot was soaked in 5 blocks. It's not a water-proof boot, but y'all are NorthFace. Like are you ok?

These were great for the first winter. Warm, yet not not too bulky. Unfortunately, they aer now unwearable as a plastic piece is now digging into my ankle in the back, just above the heel. I am disappointed that they failed so soon.

Nice material Keeps feet warm, BUT has a liner stitching between midfoot and forefoot that rubs against foot making it hurt and swell. Needs a better design. Very uncomfortable after just a few minutes.

Shoes laces come untied easily. Now I have to stop and tie shoes every 10 minutes

I wanted to buy one boot to do all my winter activities from shoveling the driveway to snowshoeing 20+km in cold weather.
Unfortunately the boots have not held up, the rubber started separating from the heel, inside the boot plastic is now exposed in the heel causing blisters. I can fix the rubber but can't do anything about the inside of the boot and I only wore them one season. Pretty disappointing as they aren't a cheap boot, I was expecting to get a number of winters of of them.
Also wouldn't recommend them for any prolonged winter activity if colder than -25 Celsius. Even if paired with a good set of winter socks that aren't overly warm.
Nice light boot to shovel the driveway or make a trip to the grocery store in cold/snowy weather, don't expect long term durability for bigger adventures though.

Doesn't keep feet warm in the snow. Otherwise it's ok. Feet got a little wet as well in the snow.

Either my pair is defective or the quality is poor, the stitching in the tongue on both digs into the front of my inner ankle bone. Couldn't even walk outside with them. Almost no padding in tongue.

I bought these boots from this website about a year ago, so I had a chance to test them fully. Given that these boots are advertised as thermal, I fully expected my feet staying warm during my daily walks in winter Minnesota. That is not the case. I just got back from a walk in -17F wearing these boots and 2 sets of wool socks. My feet only lasted 20 minutes before I had to return home. This would be a good choice for a 30 degree northern California winter, but not here in MN.

This product is not for the snow. Boots get cold instantly. Moisture gets inside so not 100% waterproof. My feet on my Alaska trip were uncomfortable due to these boots poor insulation. They only look nice and are made for 5 minute walks in the snow.
