Too narrow for my foot, I really wanted them to work for me. Also the left shoe, bottom of the tongue near the toe was defective, it's hard and sticks out making the shoe extra snug and hurt the top of my foot, causing ankle pain. Switching to Brooks Glycerin on recommendation from Fleet Feet employee. Sucks I only used them for a week and can't return them.

I am actually fairly disappointed with these. I have bought the Ride for a number of years now (the 9 and 10 respectively) and have always absolutely loved them, because they are such a versatile shoe and I could always wear them pretty much straight out of the box. I do a mix of trail and road running and they always offered a seamless switch between different terrains. Plus, I always found that they hugely alleviated my recurring knee and shin pain.
The 10s were my favourite, but I figured the 13 would be an improvement, with newer technology and all, so I went for the latest edition. From the beginning, I felt like I had made a mistake. I expected to be able to wear them out of the box, but broke them in with a few walks just to be safe - but my first runs were uncomfortable and I noticed knee and shin pain reappearing. I'm such a big Saucony fan, and thought maybe they just needed a few more miles, so I tried to put some more on (removing the possibility of returning them) - but I've run about 25-30 on them so far, and haven't noticed a marked improvement. They're not causing serious problems (yet?), but I still don't find them comfortable to run in at all.
Had I known, I would have honestly just gone for a pair of the 10s again, which were always reliable and comfortable. I would recommend that to anyone who is interested in the Ride: ignore the newest option and get the 10.

I'm sure these would be great shoes for someone but I've been trying to break them in for weeks and every time I run my feet are KILLING me. I can't go more than a mile without the bottoms of my feet in a lot of pain.

I have worn the Ride faithfully for years, and even stayed with the shoe during the Iso versions with no problems. Unfortunately, I am now seeking out other brands due to my disappointment with this version. I never had to break in my old Rides and these started out well. I have worn them for 40 workouts and started having heel pain about 2 weeks ago. The heel is firm to the point of having no "give". The highest point of the shoe's heel hits my heel during athletic movements, and I believe this to be the cause of my discomfort. Buyers should be aware that there is not a "collar" to soften the back of the heel area. The dark purple strip on the bottom of my shoe also came off of the shoe. Too late to return them now, so I will be looking elsewhere until reviews are better.

I've worn every generation of Rides up to Ride 10. I skipped Ride 11 and 12 because the redesign was way too soft. (Isotonic??) So I was beyond thrilled when I heard that the new Ride 13 design had gone back to the supportive design my feet knew and loved, and immediately ordered a pair. NOPE. The Ride 13 midsole doesn't have the support that the older Rides did. On my first run in them, I came home after just ten minutes with plantar fasciitis. I'm so disappointed. You've ruined an utterly perfect shoe. For now I'm wearing my old Ride 10s until I can find a replacement.

I have worn Rides for years and they have seen me through all of my marathons. I ordered the Ride 13 in the spring and I am disappointed. It lacks the flexibility and cushion that I have loved about the Saucony Ride...sad to have to find a new shoe.

These feel good out of the box, the PWRRun is much more responsive than the old Everrun. However, they wore out extremely fast, I have 360km on them and the cushioning seems "dead" and the soles have a wear pattern that I don't normally see on my shoes. The cushion giving out too soon was my chief complaint of the ISO2 (I was gettinng 400-500km out of a pair), I was hoping the Ride 13 would be much better but sadly I feel like its worse. Not sure if I should try another pair of Ride 13s and hope mine were a defective pair or if I should try another model for everyday trainers.

I ordered these shoes thinking they were comparable to Brooks according to cost & reviews. Comfort wise they were okay at first then not so much.

I bought this shoe because I love the Saucony Ride 10-so much I bought 2 pairs! When they finally wore out I bought the 13 hoping it would be similarly awesome. The first two weeks were great but then I started having foot and ankle pain. The cushioning of the front is smaller in the 13 than in the 10 and the toe area is smaller in the 13 than in the 10. When I took out the insole to look at it, I found it is actually quite thin and made of a different material than the 10. I'm giving up on them and searching for a new running shoe. If I could get the same construction as the Ride 10 I would definitely order that again.

After having several surgeries on my left foot, I need more cushioning than the Ride provided. It is fine otherwise. I gave them to a daughter who thinks they are great.

I have been loving the Kinvara's I just got this spring, but wanted something that wouldn't break down so quickly. These run short in the toe and are strangely wide at the same time, so there's a lot of side to side movement and pressure on the big toe in both shoes. Super disappointed, and now they can't be returned. I wish the return policy would be changed to reflect the fact that we can't go in to try on shoes anywhere, at least, not in Brooklyn where I live. I bought another pair of Kinvara's anyway. Much better fit and super comfortable, just wore out in about 2 months of solid daily running.

Having worn Rides for the last 7 or 8 years, I confidently ordered this new pair online, expecting the same fit, same support, and same rewarding experience. However, I was surprised to find them to be remarkably smaller than expected, even though I recently went up a half-size.
I thought maybe I just needed to get them settled in, so I took them for a few runs, but was shocked to find my toes grazing the end of the toe box immediately. These shoes are now my around-the-yard shoes, unfit for any real use. I thought maybe my pair was just an anomaly, but it seems maybe the whole batch runs unusually small. I miss the old version of Ride.

Bought these in February 2021. They are not worn everyday, yet developed holes in the fabric on top within 6 months.

I have been wearing Rides for years, they were always my go-to shoe. I buy a new pair every year and they are always comfortable and spot on for fit. The Ride 13 does not fit like all the previous years' models. It's more narrow in the toe box. They were a little snug upon trying them on in the house, but I figured they would pack out or maybe my socks were a little thicker than usual. Not the case. After a run they were absolutely painful. My toes still hurt from a short 2 mile run yesterday and my usual runs are 6-8 miles. I don't normally wear a wide shoe but I would consider exchanging for a wide and giving it a chance, but sadly I can't, I am stuck with them because I tested them out on a short run. I can't even wear them causally, too uncomfortable. What a waste. I am sad to be breaking up with my favorite shoe after years of comfort. I still have my old Rides from previous years and they fit great. (They're just starting to get too worn out for additional running miles, but I will still wear the older ones around casually.)

This version of the Ride is a different sneaker than prior versions in every way. Stiff, hard, uncomfortable. I am running in the Triumph 18 instead which is a close comparison to the prior Rides.

A hard plastic piece broke in the heel and I can no longer wear these after only 6 months. Poor quality for sure.

My previous pair of Sauconys fit perfectly! These hurt my feet after one wearing. I guess that's the issue with ordering shoes online. Unfortunately, for me, these are totally unwearable. If I ever get to a store, I will definitely try a different style.

I loved the Saucony ride 10, but not this new Saucony 13. The shoe has little padding and seems narrower than the ride 10. Thought maybe my foot would adjust, but the third time I wore them I had serious pain and foot burning in the ball and heel of my feet and pinching in the shoe box area. For me, they are unwearable. My shoe size is 7.5 Wide.

I’ve always had Saucony and loved them. I was really disappointed with these. Way too tight width wise where it hurt my feet just trying them on.
