Purchased for outdoor workouts and for running. I get a half size up for extra space and comfort with socks. Ran on gravel, a dirt trail and a woody trail incline, and the support and grip was perfect! These sneakers are ideal for flat feet. Although I have flat feet the medium width with a half size up sizing works best for me. The Saucony Triumph 18 offers the right amount of arch support and good comfort. I normally lace my sneakers up using all the lace holes at the top for a secure fit and hold of my foot especially when I walk or run hills. No sticks, dirt or pebbles got in my shoes which was a concern I had with another brand of sneakers (On). I find Saucony to be the ideal sneakers for working out and running. There is excellent cushion around the ankle area and the tongue. Plus, the tongue is secured with stretchy material so it will never move out of place! As for the aesthetics, the color combination is nicely done on this running sneaker which caught my eye! The laces are a bright orange spongy-type of lace, but the lace material works really well for this sneaker. It offers a lovely pop of color at the top with the turquoise and soft pink, plus a soft pink suede-to-match material on the front of the tongue. A nice dark navy color around the base so you don't see too much dirt after a trail run. Slim reflective strip at the back heel. Just nicely done detailing on this sneaker. I rarely give reviews, I usually walk for three miles and this shoes are very comfy and well made.

Very cushiony and a great walking and light running shoe.

My second pair and it's not easy to find a shoe to fit my wide (C-D) foot with a high arch. My foot measures a 8 but I often need to buy a 81/2 to allow for more width. Not so with these. The 8W fit perfectly and are both supportive and comfortable.

Upgrade from my Cohesion style I usually go with. They had good arch support and were cushioned nice for my 5 mile walk. Fit a bit roomier than the last Cohesion pair I bought a few months ago.

I bought the wide width because I read the regular width was narrow. I'm glad I did because the wide width fit perfectly without being too wide. It actually feels like a regular width should feel.

I have high arches and could feel the arch support in each shoe as soon as I put them on. The fit was amazing and I am super pleased with these shoes!

Perfect fit. Previously wore 7 in Altras and 7W in Hokas. These 7W were just what I needed to ease the tailors bunion pain on the outside of my foot! These are easier to walk in than either my Altras or my Hokas were. Back to 2-3 mile walks each day!

Most comfortable shoe ever, and I had foot and ankle surgery!

It was my first time to order tennis shoes on the web. I will be ordering another pair. These are very comfortable and have excellent arch support.
