Shoelaces already broke! And with color I chose, they can't be replaced. Too expensive shoe!

I have been a Saucony fan for years and have never ran in anything else but. I just received my new Triumph 18 and Iam already disappointed. They are a totally different fit than any Saucony runner I have ever purchased and seem like a 1/2 to full size too big.

This shoe is very comfortable-however, after a trip to the foot doctor due to pain on the outsides of both feet, it was determined it is because of the fit of the shoes. Even though I got a wide, they don't seem wide in the right places. I also have a callous on the outside of my right big toe, which is also due to the fit of the shoes.

For the price, I expected more. But at the end of the day, they're just a pair of shoes. I'm not blown away by the cushioning, the toe box is a little tighter than I'd like (especially for a wide shoe), and once these wear out, I won't be buying a second pair to replace them. They're decent, but not worth raving about.

Although the length and look of this shoe was great and the footbed felt soft and supportive, there was an odd constraining tightness to the mid foot that I could not relieve by lace adjustment. Running shoes should feel good the moment you try them on; these did not and were returned.

I have the Triumph 17 and love them but not so much on this pair. They feel big and bulky. And not loving the color.

Comfy for everyday walking and very lightweight. But not as cushioned as what I normally expect from a Saucony shoe.

This is my third pair of Triumph 18, having purchased the two previous models. As an RN who works hours on my feet I was so happy to find a shoe that worked for me, thus buying new models when old shoes no longer work. I have found this model to be less comfortable than the previous models. The front toe box has changed and is wider than the insole, so my toe rubs up against the "gap". I also find the round laces to be problematic. I'm disappointed that this shoe hasn't worked for me straight out of the box. Unfortunately, I do not have the time or ability (because of Covid-19) to go shoe shopping.

Overall, this seemed like a great shoe. I would prefer a bit more responsiveness, but it works for recovery and easy runs. I'm disappointed, however, as I've only run 10 miles in them and the upper is separating from the outsole. I've requested a refund or replacement. I hope I just got a lemon.

This model definitely smaller than the 17. I returned for 1/2 size up. Frankly, it also feels stiffer than the 17, which I didn't like. I'm still going to give the larger size a try though.

Was walking daily with the Integrity walking shoes, but wanted to incorporate more running so I purchased the Triumph 18. I have higher arches and the shoe doesn't seem as tall/deep as the Integrity shoes. My feet felt as though they were being compressed, so I found I had to leave the laces very loose which then caused my heel to slip. I changed my lacing to help the heel slippage. The shoes are very cushiony and once I changed the lacing to very loose my feet are adapting. Not sure if I would order these again.

The fit of this particular pair of Triumph 18 is unlike my previous pair. Shoe toe box is too tight and uncomfortable to wear. Hoping they relax in time

Had two pairs of Triumph 17s because they were so amazing. Was excited to get the Triumph 18s when they came out, but to my dismay they aren't the same shoe. The T18 is not cushioned and comfortable like the T17. I haven't worn them yet because when I put them on the sole felt hard under my foot. I didn't feel they would pass even as a walking shoe. They have been sitting unworn in my closet for several months - would have been wise to return them. I was excited to try the T19s and nearly purchased the three pairs in my cart today, in hope that Saucony returned to the former T17 model. Glad I thought to check reviews before buying because others have noted they're not like the T17s. Back to my hunt for good shoesit's been a while since I've worn ASICS, Brooks, or adidasmaybe they'll have something better.

Saucony has been my go to shoe for years. I was worried when the ISO was discontinued but found the Triumph 17 to be even better! It was the best shoe ever and I wore through 3 pairs before I could no longer find them. The Triumph 18 is a huge disappointment after the 17. The shoe is stiff and lacks the cushioning that made its predecessors comfortable for long runs. The upper has little give which causes irritation. It is adequate for short runs but beyond a 5K they leave my feet sore. Cannot understand why Saucony would make such drastic changes to what was an exceptional shoe. Not sure if I have the confidence to try the 19's or if I will shift to another brand.

I was really disappointed in these sneakers. As much as I tighten the laces they still loosen up and my foot gets free. I even rolled my ankle in these. I wish I could send them back but I’ve worn them a few times.

Sorry, but I can't get comfortable in this one. I'm an amputee Lower left leg, so that doesn't matter. When John gave me this shoe to try, it felt very good. But after getting them It's taken months to just where for 2 or 3 hours a day. Right foot is very sensitive and can't take much change in footwhere.

I have worn Saucony’s for years but this was the first time I have put on a pair and in ten minutes my feet hurt. I usually order the Ride but found the cushion in the latest model to be lacking so I thought I would try these as they are supposed to be highly cushioned neutral shoe. Very disappointed and will be returning.

Not great shoes for me. They're the right size, but just don't fit my feet right. I also don't like the high part of the shoe in the back. It hits my feet in the wrong place which I know, from past experience, causes blisters. They also aren't very stylish which wouldn't matter if they fit great, but with both the fit and style not doing it for me, I'll be returning them.
I'd also recommend:
Asics

I’d heard so many good things about this brand, especially for those needing ankle and arch support, but they did not feel right on my feet. I felt very little arch support and no stability. I’ll stick with Brooks.

I have run in Triumph's for years and sadly, after having these only two weeks the side is coming apart of the left shoe on both side. I've never had this issue before. I've written to Saucony and they didn't reply. I was going to buy another pair of 18's but after this I'm not out of fear of lack of quality. So disappointed.

Super disappointed after loving the Saucony Triumph ISO. The toebox on the Triumph 18 was way too narrow, it pinched my toes so tightly I had to return them immediately. Can't imagine running in these, ouch.

I bought my pair from Saucony as my preferred color was no longer available here on Zappos. Drat! Anyway, as previous reviewers have stated, Saucony seems to have changed the width and made their medium too narrow. I have worn the Triumph for years and loved them, until version 18. It caused pain in my 4th and 5th toes on my right foot. I cannot recommend Triumph version 18. Since I wore them outside, Saucony says I cannot return them. How else are you able to determine if they work without wearing them throughout your normal routines? Now I'm stuck with an expensive pair of shoes that I cannot wear.
