I needed a higher heel-to-toe drop shoe in my rotation to help my achilles pain and was pleasantly surprised with the Triumph 18. Despite being a heavier shoe, the pwrrun+ foam gives it a nice pop and makes it feel lighter than expected on foot. After 130 miles there's almost no outsole wear and the ride feels great. I would expect this shoe to last a long time (500+ miles) and be far more durable than lower priced shoes. I felt the midsole was a bit stiff out of the box and needed a good 50 miles to soften... but now it feel fantastic! I usually go for lighter daily trainers (E.g. Freedom/Kinvara) but the Triumph has earned a spot in my rotation as the daily workhorse! I use the Endorphin Speed/Pro for hard workouts and races. Very pleased with the Triumph and will likely purchase again!

I have been wearing Saucony Triumphs for 5+ years. The Triumph 18 are the best. I am a bigger runner at 6'3" 220. The cushion and overall feel is perfect. I like the new laces. I love these shoes. Get the Orange, they stand out! I may have to stock up and run this release for a while.

This shoe by no means isn't your lightweight racer shoe but it is a great daily trainer. I have come to really love the Triumph as this is my first time wearing this model from Saucony. Super great cushion and the new foam that Saucony has is fantastic. Nice soft upper that wraps the foot up comfortably. Great shoe! Definitely would recommend!

Best overall training shoe ever. Use for 60 mi weeks. Trail and road. Cush and ground feel combined with plenty of toe box. Takes 10 mi to begin break in. Drop works perfect for me( midfoot average striker ) and average to low arch.
Wet pavement can be a little slippery. Step in comfort is unmatched. Longevity is unmatched. Love Love

I've only had the opportunity to wear these once prior to the wet/winter conditions, but I was very happy with these shoes. The first run was 15kms, and I have nothing bad to say about them. I'm looking forward to many more days and many more kms.

Like many Saucony users, I have used many of the models to get my work in. This is my 8th Pair of Triumphs. Over the last 12 years I have logged almost 30,000 miles. I average about 8 hundred miles per pair. The shoe has great cushioning and response. I run off road, sidewalk, street, and track, it has held up just find for each.
You will not be able to beat the cushioning, because I am 6ft 215 lbs I add a generic insole to my shoe to push the miles on it a bit more. Even without it, it simply feels amazing. If you want a training shoe, great for high mileage, and durable, this is the shoe for you. During my journey in the last 12 years, I have bought about 30 pairs of Saucony, you can never go wrong with this brand, but I think the Triumph is one of the best. I have not transitioned over to the Endorphin yet, but I plan to do that next.

Fits like a glove with incredible cushion ing, softness, support, & overall comfort. Great for long distance running on pavement. I will never need another running shoe ever again.

I have run in nothing but Saucony's my entire adult life. I have a slightly wide tie box and found early on Saucony's work for me. After a 15 year lay off due to a knee replacement surgery, I resumed running with a light regiment. At the same time I wanted Saucony's most cushioned shoe. The Triumph 18 runs like a dream. The laces are particularly great. The styling is great. I can't say enough about this shoe.

I love the cushy comfort of the show and now enjoy walking with a little bounce in my step.
Also, I learned that my shoe size is actually a 1/2 size larger than what I've been using for many years and it feels much better with more space.

Excellent shoes with great comfort and performance. I tend to have a narrow foot that requires me to tighten shoes too much and create pressure points. These fit perfectly but also seem that they would work well for a wider foot than my own. Great product. I will be moving to Saucony for running from now on.

After running in the Triumph 17 for a couple months, it was time to move up to its replacement, the Triumph 18. Both shoes are great - cushioning is superb, transition from foot strike to toe off is smooth, and overall comfort of the shoe (fit, feel, breathability) is great. I find the Triumph 18 upper and the tweaks they made to the midsole design a bit more "fast feeling" than the Triumph 17 so overall some nice improvements. While I loved the Freedom ISO 2 and like the Freedom 3 for faster paced running (these shoes have a 4mm drop vs the Triumph's 8mm and are much lighter than the Triumph 18), The Triumph 18 and Freedom shoes can work great in your running life. I also enjoy doing long runs in the Triumph 18 and wearing them to lift weights or walk around in is a treat - very nice cushioning!

The Triumph 18 is a well cushioned and comfortable running shoe. It is my daily go to shoe for my training runs and 5Ks. I also have the slightly lighter Ride 13 and Endorphin Pro which I use for my longer races and runs. I have been a Saucony fan for years and all three, the Triumph 18, The Ride 13 and the Endorphin Pro, are excellent running shoes.

Life long runner here but down to about 200 miles a month. I'm 72 and imagine the number of pairs of running shoes I have gone through. The Triumph 18 is hands down the most comfortable running show I have ever used. I love everything about this shoe. Even the laces rock. If you want the ultimate comfort for your long runs, try this shoe. You will not regret it.

I just finished my first 100 k "self race" on the weekend. The race and the shoes were my 40s birthday gift to myself. I was looking for shoes that I can trust to accomplish such important goal and the Triumph 18 did just great the whole way.
I'm happy that I've chosen these shoes to accomplish such an important life milestone! Thank You!

This is my third pair of triumphs and the best yet. The ride is great seems more responsive then prior models and though well cushioned does Not feel clunky/chunky. The upper is fairly breathable but is thicker than what I was used to in my prior faves, the freedoms. That said, nothing is lost when it comes to comfort and my feet seem happier after long runs in these. My biggest gripe with this model is they seem to garner a fairly muted color scheme and this has persisted over time. (Mutant red is the exception THANK YOU Saucony! - but very hard to find in my size) Not precisely sure what that's about . Either way they hold up great. I weigh 170lbs and have put 500 miles on all prior pairs before I really started wearing into the foam at the heels.

The new Blown Rubber on the sole is much better, grippier and resilient then the Crystal Rubber of the 17s.
The upper of the shoe is nice and cool compared to the extremely hot 17s.

Let me start by saying that I thought the Triumph 17 was awesome. It was the best Triumph yet in my opinion and I've purchased every iteration of the Triumph since version 9. Now comes the 18 and it's even better than the 17. So what's improved? The upper is better. It's a little more breathable and much better looking. The ride is a little softer and a little more responsive. This is the perfect shoe for the person who's looking for a comfortable upper with a comfortable ride while still having some response to it. Perfect shoe for cruising out the miles. I can't imagine any one making a better max cushioned shoe. Awesome job Saucony!
