I absolutely love this shoe. The Speedroll technology makes me feel so bouncy and fast! They are super light weight as well. I use them mostly as flats for road racing, but you could probably use them as a regular trainer as well. I've run about 150 miles in them and they still feel good as new. Thank you Saucony!

I never knew comfort before I purchased Saucony. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned.

They are very light weight and comfortable. The only drawback is that they have a distinct plastic smell.

The Endorphin Speed is one of the best (arguably the best) do it all shoe. I use this for long runs and tempo alike. It is also soft enough for easy runs and the nylon plate allows for some "flexing" of the midsole. This is a wonderful middle ground between no plate and full carbon plate as it relates to plantar health of the foot and stiffness feel through the gait cycle. I run easy paces anywhere from 7:30 - 8:00 min/mi and this shoe is great. Long run paces and threshold paces are 7:00 and 6:00 min/mi. I reference the paces to help explain the range of the shoe. Would recommend for sure. It is a neutral shoe, 8MM drop, and the heel cup has a slightly supportive nature to it.

I purchased this shoe after my last marathon and training to wear as just an everyday shoe. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis and this shoe is so cushioned, especially in the heel. I can wear them all day without my heel being bothered. I know this sounds silly but some running shoes cause my plantar fasciitis to flare up mid day. I loved the look of these online. They appeared slightly chunky, similar to the Endorphin Shift, however after receiving them, they are more slim. The upper of this shoe is very thin and without structure. Overall, this shoe is very cushioned and feels very springy.

These shoes have been perfect for pickleball with low platform and the gel in the right place. Most comfortable shoes for me. got 1/2 size larger than normal.

The shoe is about a half size shorter than my other shoes, but that's what I wanted for sprints. The shoe hugs my foot and is not for someone who wants a high or wide toebox. These shoes are comfortable without an insert and just perfect for what I want them for. Love these shoes!

I'm a 7.5 in regular shoes and this size fit great in the speeds. Man this shoe is a tempo day/everything dream but I'm sure everyone knows that by now. I've heard the feedback that it's unstable at slower paces, I could see how some may think that but honestly I could've used it as a daily trainer + do everything shoe if I really wanted to. I don't, because it is unparalleled at faster paces and I don't want to rack up the miles in the shoe and waste that function. Also didn't want to get used to running with a plate everyday. Currently have ~200 miles in these and still love them, yes the rocker is less pronounced but the ride is as fun and energetic as ever. Will definitely be using these for my half marathon in a few months.

These shoes are tad bit narrow for my slightly wide feet (i usually run with Brooks Launch) but I think they will be perfect once broken in. I have already ran a 10k and a 5k in them and felt fine during and after my runs.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Launch, Brooks Hyperion Tempo

I've been wearing these shoes for the past two months after struggling to find a shoe I like. I run anywhere between 15 and 30 miles a week, and do several half marathons a year. The Endorphin Speed is super light...super fast...and has great cushioning. Although I intended to wear them for tempo runs, speed work, and races, I love them so much that they have become my go-to shoe. I've never worn Sauconys before, but I'll definitely be wearing them much more in the future and am already looking forward to my next pair. An all-around great shoe if you are looking for something light and flexible that will put a spring in your step on easy runs, and will help with that PR on race day! Also: The colors are great--so nice to see Saucony using bright bold colors! I usually wear an 11 in Nike and Brooks, and I ordered the same size in these and they fit great.

I have flatter feet than most and usually wear shoes with a bit of structure and support - my favourites were the Omni 16 (the Omni 19s didn't feel the same when i went to replace the 16s). But recently my sister told me about the Endorphin Speed and she's a neutral runner. I fell in love the instant i wore the Speeds. They are definitely made for running and I've noticed a significant increase in my running speed. All other shoes I found slowed me down - I have the Guide 14s and Hoka's Arahi 5 (both support/structured shoes). Although I wish there was just a bit more structure to these Speeds, they are just so amazing and I look forward to my morning runs. They are light, really propel you to go fast, and what I love most - my legs are not tired after wearing these. Amazing shoes. Although I do need more structure, I'm hesitant to try the Endorphin Shift after these because I worry they will be bulky and slow me down, the way the other structured shoes seem to do. Fits true to size.

This is my second pair of the endorphin speed. The first pair gave me a good 300 miles before feeling them wearing down and even then I still use them for my short distance running. These are definitely my favorite pair of shoes I have worn for running long distance. Super light but also sturdy and comfortable. And the color and design is a bonus I would recommend getting half a size bigger than your regular shoes. I’m a 7 but I went with a 7.5 and it fit perfect.

I think this is one of the best Sauconys I've owned. Love the Mutant color way. Generally, I've run in the Kinvaras and the Rides. Right now, I'm using the Speeds for both speed workouts and long runs in prep for marathon distance. My legs feel energized through my run and in the longer distances, I've noticed my legs feel much less fatigued than usual. I wear my usual Saucony size 10 (I do like my shoes a bit larger for training and usually wear an 8.5 in regular shoes, 9.5 in Nikes) and it fits perfectly, no blisters, no chafing. I noticed a little heel slippage on my right foot but fixed easily with changing up the laces a bit, not abnormal for me. I'm loving this shoe so much and plan to use this throughout marathon training.

Love them! Training for the Chicago Marathon in them. Lots of miles on them each week. Holding up great, and especially love them for when I need to turn up the speed.

This shoe is amazing! I did "spring" forward more with it and he first time I took them out, I broke my own mile PR! I have done my own 5k in them and it went great! Cannot wait to race in them this upcoming weekend!!!!

Endorphin Speed sneaker fits my 7.5 medium foot perfectly. Love the design details from engineering to art. The engineering feels like the sneaker build encourages my foot forward, shoe is lightweight, toebox good for me (mesomorph, heavy heel striker, arched foot). I use these primarily for high intensity interval sprints. Though new to me a neighbor who trained for dance and whose husband coached a local college soccer team (precovid) commented on my quick speed during sprints. The colorful design helps engage and wake me up if need and even appreciate the detail of slightly springy laces. First rate sprint support! Thank you.

I've worn Saucony for years - primarily the Guide. I don't run as many miles as I used to - due to getting older and more achy - but I still want Saucony for my power walking and other workouts. To be honest, the main reason I tried the Endorphin was because I LOVED the color! I wasn't thrilled with the Guide colors this time so started looking at the other shoes. I saw the bright white with neon accents on the Endorphin and knew that was the one. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. Best decision ever! Not only did I love the color but I love the shoe! Comfortable from the minute I put them on, lightweight, and they literally put a spring in my step! I will definitely be sticking with Endorphin from this point on and hopefully they keep making it in great colors!!

I have tried the latest trainers from Nike, Hoka, Brooks, and ASICS, and these are the best by far! They are great for easy miles, intervals and strides. Literally all my training are done with these shoes!

I love the fit and feel of the shoe. They're very comfortable and lightweight. I especially like the color combination. Although these are running shoes, I'm not a runner, but I do a lot of walking. These shoes have been great for that.
